Didn't stay overnight here just stayed a couple of hours a lot of ants dusty floor that seemed like didn't clean and hair on the towel, and chewing gum on the luggage rack could be a perfect room if the room is clean.

We were initially placed in a room that had an unpleasant odor and where lights weren’t working. After requesting a different room we were informed that there had been a flooding incident in our original room which resulted in electrical problems with the lights. Why were we put in that room in the first place? We were moved right across the hall into a room “with a much better view” according to the desk clerk. Again, why weren’t we given the better room initially? That being said, the breakfast buffet was good and most of the workers encountered were both friendly and helpful.

Primero nos dieron un cuarto sin que no tenia aire acondicionado que fue el cuarto 418 el baño estaba en construcción, luego nos dan el cuarto 420 y el mismo no estaba limpio aún así el gerente decía que lo estaba. Una empleada lo corrigió y le explico que no estaba limpio. Al final nos dieron el cuarto 426 y estaba bien. La señora del área del desayuno era hostil, también mi bebé que tiene asma ella insinuó que tenía alguna enfermedad contagiosa, para el segundo día no bajo a desayunar, me quedo con mi hijo en el cuarto y ella le dice a mi familia que no pueden subir el desayuno porque ensucian el cuarto.

When we arrived the front desk attendant was not very friendly and borderline rude. She seemed as though we were bothering her trying to check in. The bathroom area was not cleaned well. There were at least a dozen hairs in the shower. Then our room keys kept being deactivated and having to be reprogrammed. This wasn't a big hassel until the elevator was out of order and we were on the 4th floor.

Buchung über ******* wurde nicht akzeptiert, weil angeblich Kontingent überschritten wurde. Wir mussten (zu einem fairen Preis) nochmals direkt beim Hotel buchen. Um die (nicht verschuldete) Stornierung bei ******* sollten wir uns zunächst selbst kümmern; als wir das ablehnten, kümmerte sich das Hotel darum. Dennoch war in Folge nochmals eine direkte Kontaktaufnahme mit ******* Deutschland erforderlich, um letztendlich die im Voraus bezahlte Buchung vollständig zurückerstattet zu bekommen.

Front desk was super nice and helpful, toilet was running when i got in the room and they promptly fixed it. Room was comfortable, but its hard to sleep when your neighbors are having a party and bumping music at 1 am and whoever is on duty was oblivious or did nothing about it.

Muy bien hotel en general todo perfecto y en buena zona cerca de todo y el staff excelente

Good stay. Pet friendly hotel. Decent breakfast & accommodations. Convenient location set back off road, quiet.
