I am a long-time member of ALL and stay multiple times a year at various hotels within the Accor Group. I heard about the new hotel that was established in Jerusalem, “Theatron Jerusalem Hotel & Spa MGallery Collection”, and I was very curious about it. I called the hotel just to inquire, and the conversation with Muhammad, the professional, attentive, and courteous Front Office Supervisor, in which Muhammad explained the details about the hotel, led to making a reservation. Before arriving at the hotel, I called the hotel several times to inquire about the hotel's services, parking options (free parking), spa, and the like. Each time, I received detailed, patient, and pleasant explanations from Chaim, the Reservations Manager. We arrived on Friday for the long-awaited weekend, and from there, everything was perfect. Upon our arrival, we were welcomed by Ali, a true professional, courteous, and service-oriented. It was clear that Ali was a top-notch professional with extensive experience in the field, and right then, we knew we were in a hotel of a different standard. Throughout our stay, Ali, who was on duty for both days, was always attentive and available for any questions and/or assistance requests, always with professionalism and the kindness worth noting. The rooms were very luxurious and elegant. The design was meticulous, and everything, from the materials to the most expensive, luxurious, and contemporary accessories, was evident. The pool was perfect and spacious, beside it, large and comfortable rest beds. The water temperature was perfect. The spa was perfect, and we really enjoyed the massages. The fitness room went far beyond a typical hotel gym. The breakfast was so rich and meticulous that we didn't know where to start. Throughout our entire stay, all the hotel staff, without exception, were professional, service-oriented, attentive, and courteous. We enjoyed every moment. We will definitely return there, and we will certainly recommend the hotel to all our friends and colleagues. And to conclude, there couldn't have been a more pleasant ending than checking out with Ali. With heartfelt gratitude, we eagerly anticipate our next visit soon.

We have just come back from a wonderful trip to Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. The hotel is new and beautiful in a quiet part of the city. It's about a 20-25 minute walk to old Jerusalem. There is a fantastic restaurant opposite called Talbiye. I'm planning a return trip to Jerusalem in June for work. I won't be staying at this hotel again unfortunately and have identified another hotel for my return trip. The staff was helpful but one, name beginning with H let us down. He messed up a few times. He told us he wanted to work in psychology, and it appeared his head wasn't in the job of hospitality. The hotel messed up with breakfast a few other things including me not getting my wake-up call. My friend got a bottle of wine which I didn't want as it would have been a hassle to bring back and I don't drink enough to finish a bottle in a day. H wasn't thinking like a person in the hotel business. When i said chocolates would be a good alternative, I just got two little chocolates that they put on your pillow anyway. There could have been an offer of a spa treatment or a cocktail at the bar. Also, H said to my friend that 'she is angry with me'. I told him H not to speak about me in front of me as I found it rude. He then said something along the lines of staff will talk about you when you're not here anyway....(so why stay that the Theatron again if that his what staff do?) I asked to speak to the manager the following day, but they weren't available. Me and my friend both agreed that the one member of staff let down an overall lovely experience.
