A bit disappointed of the hotel, picture looks super nice but in real it’s not like that at all.. room are very dark and super noisy receptionist not very friendly or welcoming, breakfast is fine but on the basement, you don’t really want to stay at the restaurant.. Plus they put tones of conditioner and body lotion but zero shampoo and shower gel. Last thing, zero consideration on sustainability or ecological question (towel or amenities)

The room was great, the food was delicious and the staff were nice. We did have issues with parking every single night, which was a pain (we had to call the front desk to get them to open the gate). Also, my shower did leak the last day I stayed which caused water to leak onto the floor of the bedroom area. The front desk guy didn't seem too concerned when I told him (as I was checking out).

The hotel is not cheap so my expectations were high.
The room wasn't clean enough. Neither the walls nor the fingerprints on the closet.
One of the pillows should have replaced months ago.
Shower head needs cleaning so the water go down like expected
Service was very good
Breakfast was very good and rich

The hotel is best located, few minutes from Jerusalem's main road and the public transportation. The room is very comfortable and breakfast is splendid. The staff is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this facility.
