加維宮飯店

El palacio es precioso, un lugar con historia que se refleja por todas partes. La decoración es elegante, con unos cuadros, esculturas y otras piezas decorativas de museo. Destacaría la comodidad, los sofas son para no levantarte nunca. El personal es encantador, te solventa cualquier problema, son amables y diligentes. Sobre el desayuno diré que es bueno y completo. Te lo sirven en mesa, además hay un pequeño bufé donde puedes elegir huevos duros, frutas diversas, cereales, bizcochitos y más pasteles. En mesa puedes pedir lo que desees, ponen unos cruasanes y panes calentitos muy buenos, y un café exquisito (con esto soy muy exigente). La habitación en la que nos quedamos fue una verdadera sorpresa, la n. 7, espectacular. Cuando entramos nos quedamos alucinados, era inmesa y preciosa. La cama y los sofás comodísimos. Televisión grande y sofá especialisimo para verla. El bańo impresionante con.todo tipo de accesorios, bañera y ducha. La terraza amplia, daba a un jardín y a una muralla de piedra. Es para no salir de la habitación y pasar de visitas turísticas. Estoy deseando volver.

Situato in posizione centralissima proprio all’ingresso della zona pedonale, l’hotel è in un palazzo storico ristrutturato nelle parti comuni mentre le camere sono più datate, soprattutto per l’arredamento e il bagno. La colazione non è all’altezza di un 4 stelle, si potrebbe decisamente migliorare. Il parcheggio dell’hotel, a pagamento, è situato dietro l’edificio ed è abbastanza scomodo perché in realtà è un’area in parte coperta da una tettoia che può accogliere pochi veicoli, ed è un po’ una soluzione di fortuna. Nel complesso comunque abbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno, il rapporto qualità prezzo è buono e la città è incantevole.

We had 2 weeks of vacation in Spain and stayed in 5 different hotels, all are very good except your hotel: Reserved via *********** we paid 143€ for one night for the room which was available on your website for 110€ !.- in a 4 stars hotel which should never be valuated at 4 stars. The room is very big with a Jacuzzi but is not suited for an overnight stay! - We could not sleep because the insolation is not only insufficient but to top it the window doors cannot even be shut firmly. The loud noise on the street all the time until 2h30 made sleeping impossible. At around 10 pm noticing that there was no shower cap in the room I went down to the receptionist and complained about the noise, she said it would end soon. When finally sleeping a passing very loud water truck at 6h30 ending all further sleeping attempts. ( we took 2 videos, one can hear loudly the noise with the window closed) - In the early morning trying at every angle and knob, I could not get the shower to work. I could only use the shower hanging on the Jacuzzi. The explanations we got later is “we know it is difficult but I can show you how to make it work”. However, who would like somebody to come to the room in the early morning to show you how the show works! - The receptionist was cold and unwelcoming. When asking for a map she just handed it without any comment. She also forgot to give us the wifi code and we had to go down to ask her. When we told her that we almost did not sleep at night, she said why didn’t you ask to change the room, without having offered it knowing full well that but the noise would not stop until the early hours of next morning.. - The room did not provide a welcome water bottle nor a coffee/tea maker (all other hotels on our 2 week trip had it). Any other hotel would have shown regrets by at the least reducing the charge for the night. This disastrous experience made us regret having stopped at Jerez!
