一切都很好,工作人員很有競爭力和禮貌,房間很寬敞乾淨(除了窗戶因爲沙漠下雨)早餐ok....唯一不好的是位置,因爲酒店在繁忙的十字路口主路上,GPS很難找到指導我到酒店,否則一般說來我給4星...

Comfortable bed/pillows, clean room, good food. Great service from staff, especially Abdullah (management) and Medhat (chef). Some issues with wifi (stopped working midway through stay) which was very inconvenient. Good location.

這家酒店最近(2023年12月)添加到“希爾頓酒店-家庭”,大概是吉達有更多的希爾頓酒店。是一家老(er)酒店,肯定需要升級;走廊的地毯很髒,浴室傢俱陳舊,老式。但房間寬敞,安靜。位置不是一流,儘管與AlAndalus-mall相連,靠近更現代化的AlSalaam商場,位於馬路的另一邊。但是如果你想離Corniche(海岸)近一點,大概20-25min。遠一點。工作人員很熱心,很親切。就在馬路對面是Sulaiman Al Habib醫院,因爲他們在醫院的外部工作,出租車司機可能很難找到酒店的入口。

不論是商務還是休閒旅客，帕里斯尼布德爾飯店都能讓您的吉達之行變得更加美好而難忘。阿卜杜勒阿齊茲國王國際機場是最近的交通出行選擇，大約距此16km。從飯店到Bicycle Square （Midan Addarajah）遊覽很方便，Globe Roundabout和Athr Gallery也均在附近。飯店對客房的裝飾十分考究，每間設施齊全的客房都配備有空調。飯店設有咖啡廳，您可在這裡放鬆身心，享受貼心的服務。旅客想要在自己的房間邊聽音樂邊享受美食，只需呼叫送餐服務。飯店提供的休閒設施，旨在為旅客營造多姿多彩、奢華完美的住宿體驗。為了方便旅客，外幣兌換服務已為您準備就緒。

這個酒店交通方便，離機場不是很遠，uber大概30-40里亞爾，房間價格適中，含一頓早餐，直送房間，但是不換樣。附近有一家Albaik，還有兩家mall和兩個大超市，房間有窗户，符合中國人居住習慣，還帶一個廚房，可以做飯。就是離公路太近，會有噪音。

酒店是graeat。靠近市中心。食物很好。工作人員非常樂於助人,親切(esspesialy MD ARIF)房間很乾淨整潔。酒店的氛圍很完美。謝謝你們美好的時光。

Value for money - very hospitable front office team and a good location , decent clean rooms - proactive and observant housekeeping staff. Very central location. Overall a good stay - met also leisure guests who were discovering Jeddah, hotel is located to various corporate cubs and local attractions.

This hotel was probably great 20 years ago. Now it is an exercise in frustration. Here’s a few examples of why: 1) The basic facilities are not reliable. In the first 3 nights of staying there, I had one boiling hot shower (no cold water) and two freezing cold showers (no hot water) 2) The wifi drops out all the time and you get a 1-2MB bandwidth which is a struggle if you’re doing video calls 3) The additional amenities like gym, pool, sauna etc are a mess. The jacuzzi and sauna have been abandoned from what I could tell. The gym has no air conditioning so once I was doing any exercise I was just pouring with sweat. It must be over 30 degrees in there 4) The service level is way off. I spent 25 minutes trying to buy a coffee from the coffee bar on ground floor. Four times I asked for someone to come and help. 3 times nothing, 4th time someone came, rattled around, and walked off again 5) The food is so poor. How you get basics like burgers and salads wrong is a mystery to me 6) There has been no investment in the place and, consequently, it is just tired. Dents, scratches, tattered flooring everywhere. Its honestly a bit sad to see This is from the Meridien chain, a well renowned brand. I am amazed that they are trusting a local operator to run a facility this poorly in their name. I booked the hotel basically because I assumed it must be OK because it was a Meridien but, honestly, the place is dreadful.

Amazing service and very friendly staff, definitely I am considering Mercure Jeddah as my second home. The service, the cleanliness and the staff hospitality is beyond expectation I would recommend to anyone whom is looking for a nice stay in Jeddah
