WJ大飯店

Stayed in a hotel for 3 days with family, small property on the outskirts of Jalandhar, located on the bypass GT road. The rooms were neat & clean well maintained, staff and housekeeping staff were good and polite. Over all good budget stays hotel.

The reception staff was very unpleasant. They don't even have basic manners to greet or welcome their guests. The way they stare at guests is most alarming. Makemytrip already earned accolades but staff like this make things worse why the chips, buiscuits, bhujiya, juice, salted peanuts etc were kept in the room for which we were charged exorbitantly. There was no indication or pamphlet on which it was mentioned that above-noted articles were chargeable otherwise the room was good ambience was good food is average

Good experience best one hotel and stay at that property all must visit and enjoy cool stay at there

Staff is good. Rooms are clean. Parking space is good. Food variety is less and little bit expensive.

The staff at reception counter thought we as thief. When we check out room that staff asked stopped us for 10 minutes.

Service was not good according to the rate and name of hotel6
