It was a memorable experience. Nice rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast. To top us these goodies, you have one of the best hospitalities you can hope for. The not-so-big cosy hotel is located very close to the Fort and is easily accessible. The support staff is so well behaved and courteous and in particular the Manager, Mr. Chandan Jha. The warmth and respectfulness of Mr Jha simply floored me. Overall a wonderful experience.

Our small group tour stayed here for 2 nights while in Jaisalmer. Stunning views from the roof terrace of the fort. the dining experience was remarkable. Top quality tasty food was served by charming polite guys. The staff here all amazing and very professional. Our rooms were so clean and very nice. It was just a short stroll to the fort and the markets which made it easy to have some free time from the others on the tour. Such an ornately beautiful building. We all agreed it was our most favorite hotel on our tour of Rajasthan.

Overall, the experience of the hotel was too average in the pros. The hotel rooftop is good which gives u the fort veiw but so does the other hotels .The food service staff were helpful and courteous . The pictures on the sites are misleading, this property is not on the main road but quite inside with poor road connectivity . The rooms had a consistent bad smell which wouldn’t go. They had super expensive Cab Service and tour packages. They ill informed us about desert camp Where we did not see any desert at all rather it was a barren land with camps and after consuming snacks at the campsite one of my family members had food poisoning due to which one day got wasted, and half of the trip got compromised. Overall I think they are over-priced and can definitely work on Better services in terms of hospitality and guiding the tourists/guests.

Very nice Haveli Hotel, beautiful room, very well located near the Fort and the lake. The staff are very friendly and helpful, always looking out for your well-being. The rooftop has an amazing view at sunset, not to be missed. Definitely a must in Jaisalmer.

Beautiful clean rooms with best ever bedding! The staff was humble and accommodating. Best breakfast ever!I had the best ever banana chocolate pancakes here at this place!very close to the fort. Nice places to eat and drink also nearby (walking distance).

There is no property in this name. They outsource the stay with some other camp. They only have a contact person who is the jeep driver, the camp provider from one or either of the different properties of different camps. Camp we are provided was teeming with mosquitoes, mosquito repellent was non functional. Food options are limited. We have to go from one person to other for canal and jeep salaries. They gave minimum heed to our request for less rash driving as we have a child with us....and the jeep salary was a nightmare.

One of the best properties we have stayed in throughout our years of travel. Truly magnificent property with beautiful decor and ever attentive staff. Rooms were well appointed. Food was exceptional. We had the joy of partaking in the (Compulsory and expensive) Christmas Eve dinner, which had some amazing dishes to savour.
