My stay at the Jaisalmer Spa Hotel and Resorts for three nights was nothing short of remarkable, truly making it a standout experience in Jaisalmer. This hotel, with its exceptional service and luxurious amenities, easily earns the title of the best hotel in the area. What made my stay especially memorable was the extraordinary hospitality extended by Mr. ***ish Kumar and his dedicated team, including Surajpal. The warmth and professionalism they exhibited were unparalleled. Additionally, our driver, Mr. Bharat Singh, ensured that our travel experiences around Jaisalmer were comfortable and enjoyable. Their collective efforts significantly enhanced the quality of our stay, leaving an indelible impression on us.

Excellent resort. Awesome rooms. Decent food (the only area which requires some improvement). Superb hospitality by Javed and team. Very safe for families and lady guests. Their cultural performers are top notch. They go out of their way to strike a rapport with the guests. I travelled with my team. Javed and team ensured we were comfortable and also accommodated all the requests of my team. Most importantly, the entire staff always served with a smile. Will surely be back next season.

It was a memorable experience. Nice rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast. To top us these goodies, you have one of the best hospitalities you can hope for. The not-so-big cosy hotel is located very close to the Fort and is easily accessible. The support staff is so well behaved and courteous and in particular the Manager, Mr. Chandan Jha. The warmth and respectfulness of Mr Jha simply floored me. Overall a wonderful experience.

One of the best properties we have stayed in throughout our years of travel. Truly magnificent property with beautiful decor and ever attentive staff. Rooms were well appointed. Food was exceptional. We had the joy of partaking in the (Compulsory and expensive) Christmas Eve dinner, which had some amazing dishes to savour.
