丸之家飯店(Hotel Maru Casa)

I have booked hotel during new year. So I paid price more than x2 for it Pros: The location is good Cons: 1. Breakfast is not up to the mark with a very limited option(even with full occupancy) 2. The room is not clean. There is hard dirt everywhere (since the hotel is very old ) 3. The Washroom is not clean (having strains everywhere) 4. Not fit for couples

Very good staff and excellent food. I was soo worried how will my father get used to the food and stay in jaipur but hotel mar u casa stay was very pleasant. I did the booking through makemytrip and it was all smooth and no hasstle.

Rooms are small. Though it’s clean but still not satisfactory. Staff is really cooperative, supportive and willing to help for everything.

We have been provided 2 rooms. Mine was 308 and it was small than the other one and smelling whenever we switched off the AC. But we did not stay in hotel much so we did not complaint. Other room was nice.

The hotel is clean, the staff is polite, only concern with food, breakfast was not up to the mark of the three star hotel, stay for three days there.

Location was within reach. Parking space was ok ok. Food at restaurant was limited upto few dishes only, so we avoid food there. Overall its an average for the prices they are charging.

Worse place to stay. MOST uncooperative and rude staff. They only want to take money and not deliver. Highly non-adjusting! Small and uncomfortable rooms, dirty linen, smelly rooms. House keeping doesn't respond. Staff is forever ready to fight if customers complain. They forced us to take triple occupancy room with 2 boys and a girl Despite of having a booking of two rooms. Despite of requesting for breakfast on time (which we paid for) they didn't bother and yet argued that it's ready, it's coming for over an hour!! Highly not recommended.

Deluxe room & bathroom given was very small & hot water facility not there. Room service facility is not there so bed tea is not available

The overall experience is was not up to the mark, room were stinking and not looks good. We have group of business traveler. I have booked two rooms with double occupancy. However, one of our guest stayed in another property due to this issue. Hotel need to take action on this and make sure this issue will never happen with another guests. Thank you.
