The place truly lives up to its name of a palace, but its undone by unprofessional (or untrained) staff. CheckIn 🐢 CheckOut 🐢🐢 Housekeeping 🐢🐢🐢 In fact, the team there works in slo-mo mode. Breakfast spread was below average during our stay (checked in on 1st Dec and Checked out on 3rd). The Fish Tikka (during our dinner on 2nd) was superb, but the chicken biryani was exactly opposite. Overall an OK experience, that could've been much more better.

Our stay at the palace was truly remarkable, special thanks to front desk for pro viding us the excellent service.from the moment we arrived till checkout everything was superp. It was a company's get together and all the arrangements were wonderful .food taste Good , rooms are well maintained. Thanks

Perfect place for corporate events . We attended our company’s quarterly conference and must say it is one of the best place for corporate events . Food was amazing aa the service . Front office was helpful and ***age to give the rooms early . Refreshing welcome drink was served on arrival .rooms are pretty spacious and well maintained.

We came here to attend our company meeting . Though it was a one night stay still we have enjoyed thoroughly. All the meeting arrangements were superb. Staff was helpful and always ready to help . Rooms are good , front desk was courteous and friendly

Beautiful property with beautiful ambience.Rooms are spacious and well maintained. The staff is helpful and always smiling.We attended the family wedding and all the arrangements were fabulous. Food taste was good and the same goes with service.

We are attending a wedding function of our cousin and must say this is the perfect place for destination wedding .Front office staff is very professional and courteous. Refreshing welcome drink was served on our arrival and welcomed by garland.All the arrangements are superb and we Re really enjoying our stay.

Came there for a wedding had an awesome time. Really appreciate the hospitality and would recommend if anyone wanted to visit this property. Rooms are very good and the food is also so tasty 😋. This is the best property in the Jaipur for the wedding.
