戟哈維物價飯店(Umaid Haveli-A Heritage Style Hotel & Resort)

The property is beautiful with all the amenities like infinity pool and lawn. We were given a warm welcome, nice hospitality. Room was neat and clean and very nicely done. Bed was very comfortable. After a drive of 550 km, I took a very nice sleep here. Wash-room was also very clean and branded (Dove) toiletries were provided. Towels and bed linens were also neat. We ordered Chicken curry for dinner, it was so delicious that we ordered one more. We like the service given in restaurant too .Whole team was very humble and helpful. We hope to visit again. I LOVED THE PEGION PARADE IN THE EVENING on terrace. It was so mesmerising. Do not miss in the evening if anyone visiting Umaid Haveli.

Although the building itself is beautiful, the staff is arrogant, unco-operative. The food is not good. I asked for two papads, and was told curtly these will be charged extra at xxxRs/papad…Would you like to go ahead? No entertainment for kids.

This hotel is self proclaimed 4 star hotel but didn't have the facilities. The washrooms smelled so bad and their so called centralised exhaust didnt work. Washroom doors didnt close completely. The most importantly - They charged for my infants milk of small cup. Despite of paying so heavy for a family room, breakfast, food. They charged for small cup of milk. Amount is not a big deal but it shows how greedy and unfriendly to families with kids.

Superb people excellent hospitality too good people. Would visit again. Great ambience. Awesome rooms. Moreover humble people and amazing staff .please visit this place . Value dor money. And right choice

Found this place to be overhyped on social media and is not in the league of 5 stars in terms of stay, quality of service, food, staff etc. while the tariffs are almost as high as the nearby 5 stars. It’s better to spend around 10% more and go for a better place.

The hotel itself is very nice. However, there’s a few things that stood out which bothered me and my family. First off, the pool water was brown and full of pigeon poop and feathers. I addressed this with the staff and was assured they will clean it. After which point I checked a few hours later and the water was still the same brown color. So, the pool was a no/go. The shower was nice, but… if flooded the entire bathroom, creating a slip hazard for the kids. Breakfast was “ok” at best. Service was friendly enough, yet, not great. Overall, it was ok for the price.

The hotel room was first class. We booked the royal suite and what a room it was, There were 2 large double beds The shower was the best I have had in India, It was a real power shower. The room was decorated with period touches, such as the hand painted ceiling and the carved four poster bed. Breakfast was great with great variety and all the food was served hot and fresh. We also had all our main meals whilst there and all were very tasty and fresh. We will plan other trips to Jaipur and this is where we will stay

horrible place . zero value for money. RUDE staff who dont care about their customers at all. They are really like a bunch of goons ... took full payment and never refunded my deposit . i would NOT recommend anyone to book this place
