薛恩飯店(Hotel Xauen)

Sin duda volveríamos. Unos de los mejores hoteles en que hemos estado, en cuanto calidad-precio. Tengo que destacar el buen trato del personal de recepción, ya que, hoy en día, es cada vez más difícil encontrar personas agradables de cara al público. El chico en concreto, tuvo una especial atención y empatía con mi madre. Hemos disfrutado del mercado navideño que estaba junto al hotel y un bonito Belén en el propio Hotel. Y qué decir, de los buenos restaurantes y bares para tapear de la zona. Además de que está tan cerca de la Catedral, Iglesia San Ildefonso...etc.

La habitación era del tamaño de las camas y poco más, muy pequeña. El aire acondicionado justo encima de la cama con lo que si lo enciendes te dá de lleno y no se puede estar y si lo apagas hace un calor horroroso y no se puede estar! :( No tiene un triste frigo en el que poder meter agua a refrescar

Hotel bien ubicado, habitación confortable, lo único que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba.

on the whole the hotel is far below the average. what made us so frustrated was bad smell in the bathroom. it never disappear.. also the breakfast was so terrible..

Mal olor en el baño que invade toda la habitación. Mucho ruido en las habitaciones que dan a la plaza DEAN MAZAS. Mientras hay gente en los bares de la plaza, es imposible dormir. Cuando ya en septiembre han bajado las temperaturas en la ciudad, las camas sin mantas ni colchas para poder abrigarte.

La habitacion correcta y las camas comodas. Desde la terraza que hay en la parte superior se ven unas vistas magnificas de la ciudad y la catedral pero no hay ni sillas ni mesas ni tumbonas ni bar abierto.

worst hotel room we have stayed for 30 years, in fact the room probably has not been upgraded in that amount of time. the reception area looks great, but as soon as you get out of the lift the smell hits you, open the door and the decor looks like something out of the 80's 2 star hotel, bed very uncomfortable, very cheep mattress, bathroom pokey, cant even sit on the toilet properly. I would definetely not stay here, find somewhere else.

Great location, value for money. Staff are useless. Breko is bread and a brew. And it doesn’t have a car park, it has a car park near by, but what hotel doesn’t, but for a cheap hotel it is in a great spot. Rooms are dated like a lime green bathroom.

Disappointing hotel in the middle of Jaen. Very hard to find even with sat nav as most of the city centre is a one-way system with numerous traffic restrictions. Parking is in an underground garage about 50 metres from the hotel and is chargeable. Our small room was in need of a lot of TLC. Dated furniture, holes in the wall, a safe that did not work, sockets with no power and pathetic air conditioning. We were only staying one night otherwise we would have requested a change. Breakfast had a very restricted menu and you had to obtain coffee, tea etc from a vending machine (no charge). All in all a substandard experience and one that we would not wish to repeat.
