傑克遜維爾喜來登飯店(Sheraton Jacksonville Hotel)

Schönes und sauberes Hotel mit nettem Personal. Es gibt ein Restaurant und eine Bar welche Moden eingerichtet sind. Das hilight ist der beheizte innenliegende Pool.

I was given Disability Room instead of Traditional Room that I fully paid for the floor shower leads to the middle of the entire bathroom of course because it’s for people that actually need it sadly my family had to shower with our slippers on.I requested for a room change & it took them 6 hours to do.Terrible Staff they gave me a room key with someone still in it.Such a horrible experience , I can’t undo this experience.My room was not cleaned , requested extra pillows online but none was given to me , Laundry machine broken, Pool not was not what was pictured also out of service & no towel holders in the bathroom. I’m very disappointed with my stay. I wished I looked into other hotels. Do not waste your money with this hotel.I wish I could say better things about my stay with my family here. Choose your hotel wisely.

The bathroom shower had a stain which I assumed at first was rust but after taking a shower it went away. Which means how shower was not thoroughly cleaned. Other than that the rooms were clean. Quiet location and was surround by multiple food options.

Muy bueno el hotel, el servicio de calidad. Solo la vista de la habitacion era hacia unos aires acondicionados pero era una oferta....

There’s no such thing as sleeping in. I don’t know if it is staff or other guest but they are extremely loud.

Front desk staff on duty were very rude; we stayed here before and the attitude they reflected did not reflect customer service

Literally woke up to it raining in two different places in our room. We had a 2nd floor room. Drip, drip, drip, drip. Got out of there as fast as we could.

Wonderful front desk experience. Hotel smells clean
