Come enjoy your stay at the Green Grove, in the heart of Jacksonville. A lively 4 bedroom home. Newly renovated with new appliances , and fits 8 guests. We carry all items you would need from a fully stocked kitchen to 1 gig of high speed internet , and board games for the whole family. We have an in unit washer and dryer and 2 full baths. We are plant enthusiasts which is why you'll find exotic house plants throughout the property.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 18.About events:No events allowed.

Great Vacation stay
My family really enjoyed this property. Only blocks away from extended family. It had everything we needed. The only complaint was ants and a few palmetto bugs (spray was supplied by owner).
