Great place, fabulous service. Everyone on staff was super friendly.

Easy check in. Available staff 24/7. Quiet. Safe area. Food accessible inside hotel or at Longhorn steakhouse (walkable) next door. Very close to areas I needed to visit. A lot of things close early, but a 24 hour Wafflehouse a few mins drive away if you got hungry too.

It was nice enough. I stayed 3 days and no housekeeping at all. If you wanted more towels or complimentary coffee etc you had to go to the front desk and carry it up yourself we also had to empty our own garbage each day. The air conditioning was not strong. I had it at its lowest temp and I was sweating at night. The bathroom was kind of moldy around the bottom of the shower .

The sad were amazing. *******, whom i booked through had outdated photos. I booked a room that happened to be renovated. Very nice but more what i had ordered. Staff went out of their way to get me what i needed. I'd stay again anytime. They don't have much of a fridge and no microwave. Laundry worked reasonably. Dryer took longer than at home.

Staff at front desk and bar were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and WiFi acceptable Room air/heat was very loud and pulsating. Loud enough to wake me. Found door to adjoining room was unlocked...glad I checked. Disappointed only platinum members get bottled water. Had to go out and get my own.

Mathew went above and beyond on several occasions to make sure I had everything I needed. His customer service and friendly demeanor was awesome. High 5 Mathew!!!

During my stay I did not order breakfast and I did not go to the bar.

The room in need of repairs. Dingy towels. Overall mildew odor was bothersome.
