Ricky handled my checkout and his customer service is the best! Always smiling and knowledgeable when there are questions.

System was down and the rooms had electrical issues. Had to switch hotel and did not get much support to find an alternate hotel.

No one be at the desk no bell nothing i waited 35mins to even speak to someone please dont book online

Doors/walls are not well insulated therefore, other people staying at this location are easily overheard (especially when they would stand outside talking on the phone until midnight each night). When we were there, we were told that all kitchen items were available, however, once we got there, we could not get a coffee maker. So that left us searching for coffee in the area each morning. NOT a great start to our day. The office staff was apologetic, and really nice. It just turned into a daily inconvenience.

This location is right on I-55. The room was clean and has a small kitchenette. No Bells and whistles, just a basic lodging. There's coffee and breakfast bars in the morning. No soap present in there.

They do NOT honor 3rd party (Priceline) bookings. I prepaid for a room booked on Priceline and called to confirm I would be arriving shortly after 11pm and they said "No Problem" When I arrived around 11:15, I was told the hotel was overbooked and they would not honor or refund my reservation and I would have to take it up with Priceline. When I called Priceline, I was told the reservation was non changeable/cancellable and their "system" would not allow them to find me another accommodation. So after driving for almost 8 hours, I have to start looking for another hotel room myself (driving from hotel to hotel) until I finally founa a Quality Inn that had a room. In the ned I paid for 2 rooms, only was able to use one and was never refunded my prepaid booking.

The bath tape does not work properly. The floor seems not be vaccummed very clean.

THE REVIEWS BELIEVE THEM!! Bedbug,dog hair and rubber all found in room plus sheets had to be changed and room bleach downnnn!!
