Olive Tree Hotel and Banquet Halls

This place was absolutely disgusting. Smelt like urine and 50+ years of cigarette use in the building. Checked in and staff was inattentive. Elevators did not work so you had to take the stairs. Felt like I was walking down a hall in Cecil hotel and American horror story combined. Got to the room and the door was already open which was very off putting. Proceeded into the room to find exposed mattress's which looked as if someone was murdered on them due to the amount of stains along with no linens and the addition of roaches both live and dead. Didn’t even bother to look at the bathroom. Went back to ask if I was given the correct room number and explained what state the room was in. Front desk staff had little to no response. Asked for a refund and the told us no. Didn’t even last 10 minutes total in this facility from time of check in to leaving. 0 star review. Go somewhere else, this was appalling.
