伊克諾小屋套房飯店(Econo Lodge Inn & Suites)

Hey, the check-in experience was OK, he was very hard to understand, it did take quite a while to get me checked in. When I booked online. The room was clean, the shower head was way too low., and and it could not be adjusted. The water was nice and hot which was good. Normally you get a shampoo and conditioner and they gave two shampoos which didn’t make sense. The bed was clean and a little too hard for my liking. The breakfast the next morning was absolutely awful! The boiled eggs had a disgusting taste to them. They were completely an edible. The biscuits and gravy looked so good, when I got them, it was awful, the taste was absolutely disgusting, I could not eat it. I threw it all out!

A pleasant place to stay, the check in person was helpful and friendly. The room wasn't perfect, but other than the worn patch of carpet by a bed it was no different than other much more expensive chain hotels we've stayed at. The continental breakfast was as good as any we've experienced, good coffee, waffles, juices, extras. Will definitely stay again as we pass through 2 to 3 times per year.

Property preciously known as one of the seediest places to stay. We stayed in a non-smoking room that reaked of cigarettes. I couldn’t get any sleep because the smell was so pungent. Property appears to be under new ownership so I hope they’re able to bring the bldg to good use. Unfortunately- I do not feel that the room was worth the $70 stay for one night but we had no other options as we were simply passing through and needed somewhere to sleep.

The picture ******* shows is not accurate. It is not a econolodge, rather it is a much older property - maybe rebranded but certainly no updates. The signage on the outside does not even say econolodge. I think you need to do better *******. We want to trust what you are providing for us.

We never even stayed at the property. When we arrived to the address provided, there was no Econo Lodge. There was a run-down building with the name "Westward Ho" out front. At 1am when we arrived I had to scramble and luckily I found another place in the small town that had a reservation open.

This property did not have an Econolodge sign. It could be unique but must have several upgrades. The price exceeded what we thought we were paying and was added to our bill. The gentleman who appeared to be the only staff member did a great job!

The front desk person was helpful & nice, the price was very reasonable & included a good breakfast. The one issue I had was the heater/AC unit wasn't clean, & we rinsed off the vent covers & removeable filter.

Room was filthy. Pillows were not washed and smelled of body odor and sweat. Carpet had stains and had not been vacuumed. Bathtub was gross. There were no blankets on the bed. Had to go to front desk to get them. There was only one towel in the bathroom.

Property is very run down. Mattress was FIRM. Our television could not be controlled with the remote. Management was unable to help. Carpet is dirty and needs replacement.
