夏洛茨維爾北萬怡飯店(Courtyard Charlottesville)

在頂級酒店度過了一次美妙的住宿體驗！服務無可挑剔，登記入住又快又簡單！房間漂亮、寬敞、設計精良，整個房間的清潔度和設施細節都令人印象深刻！我們一定會再次入住！我們將在一個月內入住兩次。 25 日回到夏洛茨維爾地區，他們是我們的首選酒店！

I was very pleased with the Handicapped Room. Spacious room and easy to maneuver bathroom. Staff was accommodating to get me the room even though not requested through *******. I had come in from Manhattan in the evening where I had stayed at the Marriott Fairfield in mid-town. Breakfast was included there. I was surprised that breakfast was not included in the Charlottesville Courtyard, especially since the property was being renovated and not all rooms were easily available.

The room was well organized when we arrived and settled. As we finished settling we noticed a few things. There were no trash bags in the receptacles, the handle for the shower was loose which made it difficult to handle the hot and cold water, and the toilet had a slow flush where it did not drain properly. We were mainly out in town then whole day but for the price ($235+$10 insurance), it was not at all worth it. There was only coffee (and coffee maker) available and no other amenities like flip flops, bath robes, and toiletries (q-tips, lotion, etc…) available. Had I known this was the outcome of what to expect from a Marriott brand, I’d definitely spend my money elsewhere, where it is appreciated. I would not revisit this brand hotel in future.

Wasn’t a fan to have to go around the building then take elevator to second floor then to walk basically a half mile to get to my room at 11:40p at night by myself! Carpet on hallway floors is not convenient to roll a suitcase.

The hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay however it did not impact us in any major way. I heard some noise while outside but nothing inside. The property felt "tired". I would give it another look once the renovations have been completed.

The location was a bit strange, but after we found the hotel it was convenient. It is an old hotel, but is being renovated. It is clean and the staff is cordoal and helpful.

Very comfortable clean rooms, had everything you needed. Staff very friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble.

Room was adequate. Odd odor when I walked in. Air didn’t cool as expected….thermostat didn’t appear to register correctly. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Neutral opinion of this property.

Hotel needs updated. Elevator made a banging noise when closing. Grounds needed mowed. And their advertised Bistro Restaurant, is an overpriced counter, not a restaurant.
