We wonder how there are just positive reviews here. My family and friends had put reviews and they are being deleted by the owners / ***agers. Let the reviews be as they are, not like we are here to spread hatred or put your hotel down, it is just for the public to know how customers are being treated by the hotel staff. Just so the owners / ***agers know why and how people check into hotels and how they should be treated if you are in the hospitality industry. Coming down to our experience in detail, we were at the property for three days, starting with being welcomed by a giant spider in our hotel room. There was a fire that broke out during one of the events, we don't exactly know how it happened but we had to evacuate and stay outside for two hours. No complaints until now. The next morning we were forced to leave the room at the checkout time without considering what had happened the previous night and how the guests couldn't sleep all night, we booked two rooms so we could extend our stay and were shifted to one of the rooms because the second one wasn't cleaned. We waited for two hours and our rooms weren't even being cleaned. Eventually we had to check out and ask for a refund after being ill treated by a gentle***, Mr Vishal who is the ***ager of the hotel and a lady, who's name we weren't told. I hope this gives out enough information for people willing to book a stay in Jabalpur.
