我是5月19號住到22號的,酒店環境不錯日落好看 但是蚊子很多房間也會有蟲子,設施建設很一般沒有空調 有一件事讓我很生氣,服務員態度惡劣像歧視我們 當時我浮潛完在房間裏洗頭髮 當時洗一半突然停水停電了 我頭上都有很多洗髮水泡沫 我很憤怒去前台問 前台就衹説了水電要檢查下午1:00到6:00沒有水也沒有給我一個解決方案 ,入住的時候完全沒有通知我們,我們完全不知情 後面我去餐廳拿了三瓶礦泉水衹有冰的礦泉水,衹能用冰礦泉水去沖澡。晚上服務員來問我問下午拿了幾瓶水要記錄到我的房間賬單上,我以為問完這個就結束了後面那個黑人女性竟然指着腦子説我很蠢 不動腦子思考為什麼不能去游泳池洗呢 一直在那邊笑 還讓我看見她的眼睛而且是用命令的語氣説 我已經跟他解釋過是你們自己沒水了而且我頭上還有洗髮水 ,後面她竟然還説我朋友英語很不好口語很爛,我請問她這個濃重的口音用最簡單的英語和她交流,她都有的時候聽不明白理解不了,她真的接受過教育嗎?跟野人一樣,身上還有一股臭味。她是****嗎?游泳池的水有多臟她自己不知道嗎?入住了幾天從來沒看到過換過水 還下了雨 游泳池裡麪還有很多蟲*和臟東西。我很難不懷疑她是不是歧視,我想説的是我是顧客一個服務員,竟然敢跟顧客這樣説話 你就衹是一個服務員並沒有感到任何服務,竟然還這樣説顧客我是來度假的好嗎,500澳元一晚的酒店 ,我給你們國家帶來經濟給你們酒店帶來收益,你們自己國家多貧窮落後自己不知道嗎?
I stayed at the hotel from May 19 to May 22. The environment and sunset views were beautiful, but there were a lot of mosquitoes and insects in the room. The facilities were also quite poor for a hotel charging around AUD 500 per night, especially considering there was no air conditioning.
What made me the most angry was the attitude and behavior of one staff member, which honestly felt discriminatory and extremely disrespectful.
One afternoon after snorkeling, I returned to my room to wash my hair. While I was still washing it and had shampoo foam all over my head, the water and electricity suddenly stopped. I went to the front desk feeling frustrated, and the only thing they told me was that there was maintenance from 1 PM to 6 PM. Nobody had informed us about this before check-in, and no solution or apology was offered.
In the end, I had to go to the restaurant and take three bottles of mineral water just to rinse the shampoo out of my hair. The water was ice cold, so I was forced to wash myself using freezing cold bottled water.
Later that evening, a female staff member came to ask how many bottles of water I had taken so the hotel could charge them to my room. I thought she was only checking the number of bottles, but then she suddenly pointed at her head and mocked me, saying I was “stupid” and should have “used my brain” to think about washing in the swimming pool instead. She kept laughing at me in a sarcastic and commanding tone.
I had already explained clearly that it was the hotel’s fault because there was no running water, and that I still had shampoo in my hair. Despite this, she continued being rude and even mocked my friend’s English speaking ability. Honestly, I was already using the simplest English possible to communicate with her because her accent was so strong that communication itself was difficult at times.
Her suggestion about using the swimming pool was also ridiculous and unhygienic. During my entire stay, I never once saw the pool being cleaned or the water being changed. After the rain, there were visible insects, dirt, and what looked like insect eggs floating in the pool. No reasonable guest would want to wash themselves there.
As paying guests, we expected basic respect and professional service, but instead we were treated with sarcasm and humiliation. I came here for a holiday and relaxation, not to be insulted by hotel staff. For a hotel charging this price, this experience was completely unacceptable and extremely disappointing.
Très bel emplacement, bungalow joliment meublé et bien équipé, activités proposées nombreuses, avec une atention particulière à la sécurité,, équipe accueillante, pro et management avec vrai sens du service : notre vol de retour a été annulé en raison d’une tempête, ils ont organisé en qq minutes notre transfert retour et notre réinstallation pour une nuit supplémentaire. Bref, un séjour parfait même si l’on a dû rester dans le bungalow le dernier jour à cause du temps.

Location is very good. Beautiful ocean view. The room has no air conditioners. And it’s a little bit expensive for this price
