Awesome functionalities, clean environment, and impressive decoration

This property has been completely renovated and updated to modern standards. The fit and finish is remarkable. The owner Robert (a Cornell Hotel school graduate) has completely transformed the old run down Hillside Inn. I was beyond impressed with the space, the decor, the lobby craftbeer taproom, the modern lightning, hvac, blind controls in the bedroom. I will definitely return again.

The owner of this hotel has done a great job of converting an older building into a great guest house incredibly close to Cornell’s campus. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The rooms were creatively organized to get the most out of a small space. As someone with allergies and asthma - the only thing that would have made my stay more enjoyable would have been lack of scent (a lot) in the common areas and Clorox in the room. Even the outdoor deck and having a conference room were great features to make fur a relaxing stay. Thank you!

Charming little hotel right next to Cornell campus. Just opened about a year and a half ago, the interior is high-tech -- with panels to dim lights, open/close blinds, etc in the rooms and a keycard activated wall of beer and cider taps. Hard to beat the location unless you're staying at the Statler, which isn't always available and is much more expensive.

I'm cautious to heap too much praise on THE DORM, for fear that they will get booked up (or raise their very reasonable rates!) - Absolutely superb accommodations - I was initially dubious that it would be bare bones, but it was anything but! One of the nicer places I have stayed in (and I used to travel an enormous amount for business) - Totally happy with this wonderful place.

Muito bem localizado para quem precisa frequentar a Universidade, limpo e com excelente atendimento. O isolamento acústico não é muito, mas isso não atrapalha.

Great concept hotel with the feel of living in a Cornell dorm. Walking distsnce to Cornell campus and downtown Ithaca.
