尼瓦公寓飯店

ساختمون های چهار طبقه بدون آسانسور بسیار باریک که به سختی چمدون رد میشه صبحانه بسیار مختصر و ساده و کم اما متصدی فارسی زبان آقا مهدی خیلی باحال بود اینا کلا چندتا ساختمون درب و داغون دارن توی یکی از محله ها و کوچه های افتضاح استانبول دارن که مثل دخمه هست و از طبقه چهارم شروع به پر کردنشون میکنن، دهنتون سرویسه

Due to myself having health issue's and the fact that we were travelling with our 14 months old daughter we had repeatedly requested for a room on Ground Floor and the property confirmed this on the 3 occasions I had spoken to them prior to our travel. On arrival we found out that the room wasn't available, they only had 1 room available which was in another block 10 mins walk away from the property itself, and the fact that you would have to walk back down to Neva every morning for breakfast was the final nail in the coffin. The guy at the reception made us wait for 2 hours with a baby and they were highly inconsiderate and rude especially Mehmat (I believe that was the name), while waiting we asked for a glass of water so my I could take my medication but that too seemed like an inconvenience, they also gave us dirty looks when my daughter started crying. They even provided false reason for cancellation once they cancelled they cancelled the booking claiming the Credit Card was "invalid". P.S. no pictures are added as we didn't actually get a room.

Tnx for cold water in lobby. Also tnx for public relationships of your recipient that named Mr, Mahdi and all responsible recipients that help us to find some addresses. Rooms need bins at least two of them.

My room is very clean and good The view was great Breakfast was good and everything was good The empolyees was so attentive especially Mr.mehdi is the best empolyee in this hotel Thank you so match mr.mehdi I hope to see you again

An affordable excellent stay near Istiklal street, with the super helping host (Serkan) that helped us in anycase. This hotel is even good if you travel solo, as you can count on the people from hotel. Ordinary breakfast and clean rooms. Definitely will come back to this place.

that's a very good hotel with alot of good people, like mr Hakan, mr sidar, mr sarkan, mr mehmmt ve ms eda,... they are so kind and helpfull. you can tell them everything you want. enjo your trip. thank you.
