蘇丹阿合麥特旅館飯店(Sultanahmet Inn Hotel)

I was staying here 2 nights with my daughter in November. We were both very pleased with the choice - I liked this small but comfortable place. The area was very quiet and cozy - narrow streets filled with little hotels, shops and restaurants. We especially loved the corner restaurant - we arrived pretty late and were hungry but found great food and atmosphere right by the hotel! The most amazing part was the roof of the hotel - just go up the stairs and you can enjoy the beautiful view of a night city. We loved coming back at night to our hotel after a day in a busy noise filled with people center city of Istanbul.

Ubicación perfecta, esta a 5min como mucho de La Mezquita Azul. La habitación es pequeña, pero suficiente para una o dos noches. Muy limpia, y el baño también. Nos atendieron genial y nos gestionaron el transfer para el aeropuerto. Sin duda, un buen hotel para un par de dias en Estambul, es de las 3 b, bueno, bonito y barato

Sufrimos un robo en el hotel. Dejamos una cartera dentro de nuestro equipaje todos los días que nos hospedamos en el hotel, para nuestra sorpresa el día de salida a las 4am nos dimos cuenta que nos faltaban 20 euros y una tarjeta de crédito. Al principio el alojamiento quiso "ayudar" y nos dijo que creían que podía ser cierto el robo. Hasta que pedí compensación económica del reembolso del alojamiento ya que ellos en NINGUN MOMENTO ofrecieron una solución. Entonces hubo intercambio de mensajes muy dolientes acusandonos de oportunistas y mentirosos. Intentamos que booking mediara y tras 11 días de espera su respuesta fue no hacerse cargo de lo sucedido. Impresentables en toda regla y muy maleducados. Cuidado con el hotel porque tienen las manos muy largas. Limpieza muy escasa (el suelo y lavabo no se limpió en 6 dias) se limitan a hacer la cama, poner toallas y gel y mientras tanto rebuscar equipaje y robar. No pudimos reclamar en ese momento porque la recepción no es 24h. Desayuno escaso y repetitivo. Habitacion llena de humedades y pulgas.

Pros: (1) Near to Sultanahmet and Hagie Sofie. (2) Cheap (3) Kind staff Cons: (1) No elevator narrow stairs (2) Very small and tiny bathroom. (Almost impossible to enter. about 90 cm width....) (3) Air conditioner was not working (4) Hard to access with taxi. (5) Only prodvides a small cup of drinking water (50 ml)

Amazing stay, its very difficult to point out an error, friendly staff specially Mehmet went beyond to help out.

Super sejour avec vu sur la mosqué on remercie particulièrement maia et sa petite collègue qui on étais adorable avec nous ; quartier bien situer surtout si vous prennez des taxi a 10 minute de la place sultanamet à pieds quartier très calme avec des gens vraiment sympathiques

The partial view of blue mosque as per advertised is not real. However, you will get the sea view in the terrace and the view of little Hagia Sofia in the room and in the breakfast area. The room is awful; the keycard reader is hanging by its cables, the phone is not working, the wallpaper are all torn, the sink is skewed, the hotel have narrowed staircase and dirty terrace. However, the bed is comfortable, the view is great, the wifi and breakfast is so-so. They are quite cheap and have a good location. This hotel have a potential if they do a full renovation.

It was a decent hotel with a nice breakfast. The ladies were nice, it’s not a 4 or 3 star hotel but for 1 night it was good.
