阿普里斯豪華飯店(Aprilis Deluxe Hotel)

Had a great time here. Spent 9 days here and on the first night, when not satisfied with our initial room (due to size), we were upgraded to a larger room with no issue at all Breakfast is ok and staff were always friendly and helpful, and this allowed for a comfortable and pleasant stay

Location was great a bit noisy area in the mornings tough. Service was good Room was modern and clean except for the shower that smells of humidity. Something I didn't like was that the receptionist tried to sell to be a tourist boat trip, not need for this. Reception area is very small Breakfast was good but nothing extraordinary in terms of quality.

Wir reisen schon seit vielen Jahren regelmäßig nach Istanbul und haben schon viele Hotels besucht. Das Aprilis Deluxe Hotel ist im Vergleich dazu hervorragend. Ein tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal in allen Bereichen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ausreichend groß, sehr modern und neuwertig. Hoher Wasserdruck in der großen Dusche, was in der Türkei keine Selbstverständlichkeit ist, und alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Frühstück umfangreich und frische Produkte. Tolle Lage in fußläufiger Entfernung zu allen relevanten Sehenswürdigkeiten und zur Straßenbahn. Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

I don’t know how this hotel has such a high rating. We found the bed in our room to be small and extremely uncomfortable. The pillows and mattress were very firm and we only managed to sleep a few hours. The mattress was uneven and slopes to each side of the bed. We went downstairs at around 3am to request soft pillows but they were cheap and plasticky. I am 5’8 and my toes reached the end of the bed. The breakfast was basic and by the time we got downstairs at 9:45am most of it had gone. The staff were kind and allowed us to cancel our booking after one night without penalty. They said we wouldn’t find a better hotel in the area and that other hotels were dirty. We moved to the Hilton old town which was the same price and much better.
