The reception staff was professional and quick to check us in and taking care our stuff 10/10. The hotel in a good area very close to Taksim Maydan and the restaurants. Big enough room very comfortable and fairly clean. But, they need to prevent the residents of smoking in the rooms/lobby area!

disgusting bad hotel bad communication, they put us in a room next to generator no refund to change hotel neither they changed my room shower broken tv not working lying to us telling us go to police.

Better to stay away from this hotel and its staff. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. we found glass pieces on the floor of the room and in the bath and my child got injured and started bleeding. No first aid kit in the hotel and the staff was not bothered, they just said that go the pharmacy and sort your matter. Bathroom lock was broken as so was the mirror. AC not working. Location is fine.

worst hotel and staff. Bathroom was under repaired when we entered the room wash basin was not working and bathroom was choking, we requested to change the room, they laugh at us .there were glass pieces in the room, my 8years daughter got heart with the glass pieces and started bleeding, when I rushed to reception for first aid, they said they do not have it, Pharmacy is right in front of the hotel, but staff told me we do not have money to buy. I broke down and still they are not bothered, fellow guest helped me and got me the band aid. basic requirement, first aid kit was not available in the hotel. Our tour operator was also not cooperative, we requested him to arrange another hotel for us, but did not give us any support. Please do not use this brand again,

location is great if you are travelling from/to new airport. It is very close to the shuttle bus station.

El hotel estupendo, el desayuno genial, la verdad es que estamos muy contentos. La gente de aquí es muy simpática y agradable y hacen todo lo que pueden para que tu estancia sea lo mejor posible. En especial agradecimiento a Arzu Deniz.

Ancora una volta vedo connazionali lamentarsi. Di cosa poi non si sa. Questo hotel costa poco ed offre molto (alcune pecche a parte). Receptionist, gentili e veloci, personale davvero attento al cliente. Camera : carina ed ampia. Piccole migliorie da effettuare ma soprassedibili. Colazione : limitata, non si muore di fame, ma le patatine fritte alle 7 del mattino anche no! Risoluzione problemi : ****** alle 2 la notte (tv alta) risolto in 10 minuti dal personale con tanto di scuse. Spa : fruito di un massaggio total body, al costo di 70€ (scontato a 67) veramente ben eseguito (teniamo conto che è come se lo avessi pagato 200€ in italia dato che la paga media sono 80€ settimanali qua) ma per una volta ci puó stare, sia perchè non volevo andare a cercare situazioni equivoche fuori, sia per stanchezza lavorativa. Promosso.

L'hotel è ubicato a 100 metri dalla famosa Piazza Taksim quindi in posizione centrale. Hotel molto pulito, camere confortevoli l'unico appunto che devo fare è sulla colazione che offre poche cose da degustare. Personale cordiale alla reception, buonissima la ricezione del WI-FI nella stanza.
