大塔樓飯店(The Grand Tower Hotel)

Данный отель совершенно не клиентоориентированный для своих посетителей. Я заранее написала в отель, что у нас будет медовый месяц и мы будем поздно заселяться и будет оплата брони за наличные на месте. Когда иы ехали в аэропорт отель попытался списать оплату, но не смогли, дальше было еще забавнее рецепшеонист, хотел нас нагреть на 100 евро, типо он перепутал. Заселил он нас в ужасный номер, сказав, что отель полный и других номеров нет. В номере воняло канализацией и была огромная дыра в стене. Номер 404 лучше не заселяться , очень старый и пошарпанный. Я вообще молчу, что наш номер был с балконом а куда он нас заселил балкона не было. В общем ужасное место… на следующее утро добились переселения в другой номер …небо и земля… а деньги теже, хотя категория номеров стильно отличаются и квадратным метрами, наличию балкона и свежести номера… очень и очень неприятно

Don't be misled by the name, nothing grand about this place rooms were clean but too small with no tea or coffee facilities in the room. breakfast provided on top floor with choices and the lady working here is lovely you have access for coffee but room isn't lit at night cleaning staff were very nice

Rooms very small, dirty, broken/ missing objects in the room, staff really unprofessional, we booked a room but they give us a different one in the first night, very small, no space for luggage, AC not working….breakfast terrible, little option, vegetables sliced one night before… breakfast till 10:30, at 9:00 you don’t have anything left and they will not provide anymore… overall a really bad experience, I would not recommend to anyone…

Booked a 2 bedroom suite here for 2 adults and 1 child. It’s clean enough but shabby. The room my husband and I were in was tiny! Nowhere to hang clothes but 2 coat hangers hanging off a screw in the wall. Very limited space for clothing, drab outdated decor and a horrible greasy smell permeates the building at times. We decided to leave after being told we were being charged for a towel that we used to dry up some juice from the floor, they had even taken pictures of the towel lying in the laundry basket as evidence!!! That was the final straw. I wouldn’t recommend this place it didn’t have even basic services like tea making facilities or a minibar. Breakfast was very limited and not substantial. Also, the blue lighting in the room is awful, like a supermarket toilet.

We had multiple families stay here for a wedding. The staff was awesome- very friendly, helpful, and their English is excellent. Rooms are on the smaller side but enough for 2 people and very clean. Breakfast was fine and there is always coffee, tea, and water. We had ~12 rooms booked and everyone is very satisfied with the overall service and room. Location is perfect as well- 1 block away from the Grand Bazar and public transportation, and a 15ish minute walk from Ayasofia. Would definitely stay here again.

Excelllent location.. the hotel is clean, amazing service, very kind receptionist. Breakfast and free wifi were included and both were great.

It was a lovely hotel close to many sites. The breakfast and service was good.

Le prix est bon et la qualité est relative au prix. L’unité est très petite et pas de rangement. L’air climatisé est contrôlée centralement et on doit toujours demander d’activer. Le service à la clientèle est passable.
