伊斯坦堡瓦倫斯飯店(Valens Old City Family & Spa Hotel)

Das hotel hat eine super Lage zu den Bus und Bahn Stationen. Allerdings lässt die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig da wir seit Tagen die selbe Bettwäsche hatten und in der Toilette Käfer gefunden worden sind.

Personeller güler yüzlü ve çok netlerdi. Basit ve uçuz kahvaltı ürünleri. Örnek başka otellerde havuz, hamam ve sauna ücretsizdir sadece masaj ve keseye ek ücret talebinde bulunurlar, yazık ki Valens Otelinde sözde paket uygulamasıla Havuz, Hamam, masaj, kese vs vs vs ücret talep ediyorlar. Bu kadar da aç gözlü olunmaz ki..

À fuir,hôtel très sale pas de service de chambre draps couettes tachées,chambre pas nettoyée pendant une semaine,petit dej strict minimum photo sur site mensongère!tarif trop cher pour ce que c’est!!!!!!!!!!

This hotel has only got its 4* rating because of the facilities that are next door and are not part of the hotel x spa gym pool are all extra costs x the hotel bathroom was filthy and we had bugs on the floor that we had to buy spray for and cleaner for the shower and toilet x the bedding was not changed once in 8 days x also the internal air con was switched to hot 🥵 asked at desk for a fan for room NO x also our taxi arrived early for the airport and he was made to wait downstairs till we arrived down with suitcases x even though we have telephones in room x breakfast was the same every morning plenty of it x served by two very surly staff xx this hotel was not the priciest for Istanbul but it was not the cheapest x £350 for 8 nights with breakfast x we are back in Antalya now and we have paid £75 for 4 nights with breakfast x with friendly staff and clean rooms x someone needs to re access this hotel x we have travelled all over the world Asia and the Far East mainly and never came across such uncaring people in hospitality 😫🤦🏻‍♀️

Bien accueilli a la réception par murat accueillants, serviable, sourient, très sympathique et arrangeant qui ma attribué une confortable chambre, l'hotel dans l'ensemble est bien a proximité de tout commerces 24h/24h et transports communs tram, métro, bus a 2mn de marche l'hotel est très bien situé en plein quartier populaire de aksaray très animé

Très très bon accueil de la part des réceptionnistes! Disponibles et à l’écoute, ils on su répondre à mes questions, nous mettre à l’aise et nous conseiller.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the staff was amazing, especially Murat. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

Arrived purely to discover city - the first reception staff was very unhelpful. Facility were poor, breakfast awful. Everything else was chargeable from using the safe to the sweating gym and dirty pool. Surrounding area far from Istanbul centre and the sites (although close to tram stop). However, you would feel safe here overall.
