My experience was disastrous with this hotel First: reception The hotel entrance is dirty The entrance is poorly lit The receptionist does not speak English He took me into a different room Second: the room The door to the room is bad and cannot be closed properly, which makes it feel unsafe The heating device was not working despite all attempts There is no internal phone to call the receptionist for help The mattresses on the beds were dirty The bathroom is disgusting - I was about to leave in the first hour, but there was no possibility to cancel the reservation - I strongly recommend providing a reservation cancellation feature for this hotel

위치는 매우 좋습니다! 탁심광장 중심에 위치해있어 접근성은 편리했습니다. 데스크 직원은 친절했습니다. 다만, 침구류의 상태가 아쉽습니다. 그리고 바로 옆 Bar가 있는지 밤에 큰 소음이 있습니다..

Don’t recommend it at all. Not clean, and noisy

The pictures posted in the photos are totally different from real life. This is more like a hostel than hotel. Dirty and everything about it is disgusting. I can’t even walk around the room barefoot as the carpet was filthy. We were too disgusted to sleep in the room so we left our bags and looked for a room to stay at a nearby hotel. Next day we went back and demanded for a refund for the second night, the front manager not apologetic at all promised to email ******* but I am not sure if he actually emailed ******* as there is no email from ******* until today 7th of September regarding this request from us except for the refund for last 2 days. ******* should take down the fake photos of the rooms they advertised. This hotel is scamming poor people like us.

Staffs are extremely helpful & the condition of the room was perfect, I recommend anyone travelling to the area should stay in this convenient hotel.

لقد استلمت شقة غير التي في الصوره ولا تتسع لأربع اشخاص للأسف كانت ليلة سيئه وضطررت الى استئجار غرفه ثانيه في غير فندق

Very nice location, nice stuff. Be ready to the noice cause it is the very city center with bars and coffees
