All over nice place, the kids loved the tennis court/basketball court, nice BBQ area near pool. Be aware that some units do not have lift facility ours didn't, so it was 30 stairs. The air-conditioning was great but windows didn't have flyscreens so unable to take advantage of cool breezes, beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, lovely big lounge but the dining table set was the higher table and bar chairs which were not comfortable to dine at especially for those of us who are of shorter status so other than lounge no other comfortable chairs

Perfect location great big apartment perfect..

We had 2 small children, the table & chairs were to high for them to get up & down from. Air con not in bedrooms so was very hot in them all night.

Quiet location, easy access to collect keys as we arrived late. Excellent pool and bbq area.

Good location, good size rooms with good facilities, even had washing machine & dishwasher in room. Pool was nice & warm.

Had an enjoyable stay at Kalua. After hours check in and out was easy. Two entrances to the beach just across the road and walking distance to either Alex or Maroochy lifeguard supervised beach sections. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed, with a nice little view of the ocean. Was a quiet area. Would happily stay here again, affordable rates for a comfortable apartment right near the beach. Thankyou!!

Everything was to our satisfaction, although the bed could do with replacing as very saggy and we both ended up in middle, so not comfortable

Location was very good and secure parking was provided. Bed was comfortable and shower was very hot. However there was mould on the bathroom ceiling, no aircon for bedrooms - and the ceiling fans were in the rooms were very loud if you used them on a high setting. Also there was crease dripping from the cooktop exhaust fan.

Fully self contained & spacious, close to beach, cafes, restaurants, interstate bus stop & convenience store.

Great affordable accomodation in a great spot with good facilities.

Lovely spacious apartment, good location near the beach. Very comfortable. A bit dusty in places but other than that all great

A nice small hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Beds comfortable. Great position for eating out and going to the beach. Shopping centre close also. We were on ground level. People on higher floors would have to cart their luggage up stairs. Overall a nice quiet place. Nice gardens and heated pool

Really spacious and well equipped apartment opening out onto a lovely gardened patio with easy access to pool and BBQ area. Helpful hosts. The apartments are within 50metres of the beautiful Maroochydore beach and a nice walk or short drive to the centre of Moloolaba. Close by (50metres) is the Cala Luna Italian restaurant where we enjoyed a meal and in the same spot the Little Blackbird Cafe for coffee and snacks/breakfast with v friendly hosts.
