四七飯店(Four Seven Hotel)

Klein maar goed hotel. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer was schoon met goeie bedden en een heerlijke douche. Goed ontbijt met veel fruit en heerlijke yoghurt! Thee en koffie staat altijd klaar. Er is ook een lift aanwezig. Hotel ligt op loopafstand van de Blauwe moskee, de Hagia Sophia en Yerebatan Cisterne. Wel aan een drukke verkeersweg, maar daar ontkom je niet aan in Istanboel. Kortom, een aanrader!

The hotel is small but very welcoming staff. The room was very clean and also cleaned everyday. There is a laptop size electronic safe and tea making facility. Breakfast is basic but adequate. The staff are all very helpful. I need to mention Ibrahim and Hatip at reception who provided lot of information and always happy to assist. Omar who helped with our bags was good and cheerful. The location is ideal as 3 minutes walk to tram station and 5 minutes walk to metro station. There is also sauna and steam included and we used it once after lot of walking. Lot of small shops and eating places nearby. Would surely book this hotel when next in Istanbul

Otel calisanlari cok iyi ve cok ilgililer. Odadaki carsafta sac teli vardi. Temizlik konusunda daha dikkatli olunmali. Oda buyuk ama kullanissiz geldi. Konumu iyi. Cok buyuk beklentiye girmeden tavsiye edilir

Bon accueil du personnel, les chambres sont correct , Mais cela ne vaut pas le prix… l’hôtel est mal insonorisé et il y a beaucoup de bruit dans les chambres et surtout le matin, la circulation en bas de l’hôtel est infernal jour et nuit. Ce grand boulevard que vous verrez sur ma photo ce trouve juste en dessous des fenêtres de l’hôtel, le matin ces klaxonne à volonté, sirènes des voitures de police qui rentre au poste qui est juste en dessous également. Les fenêtres de l’hôtel son mal isolé du coup le matin vous êtes réveillé très tôt et vous n’avez donc pas un sommeil de qualité afin de profiter de votre séjour. Le personnel de nettoyage est irrespectueux et pas discret font du bruit très tôt devant vos portes même si vous leurs dites de faire moins de bruit car on dort ils continuent . Le petit déjeuner est n’est pas bon , degeulasse pas beaucoup de choix et fade … Si vous voulez ne pas dormir durant votre séjour et ne pas profiter d’Istanbul, vous êtes au bon endroit… et méfiez vous des faux avis favorables… Je vous déconseille fortement cet hôtel il y en a pleins pour pas cher et de qualité a istanbul .

fue un desastre fue la llegada a las 1 de la mañana , donde me esperaban con una noticia que de las 2 reservadas , solo me podian dar una sola , esta ubicado en un mal barrio ,muy ruidoso y las estrellas que anunciaba estaban en el cielo , despues de no aceptar me ubicaron en otro hotel a una cuadra , pero no recomiendo barrio.

I stayed at this hotel. I really liked the hotel. The service is very good, the staff is very polite. And most importantly the rooms are very clean. Small hotel. Breakfast is included, a very good breakfast and a good dining room, everything is clean and pleasant, the staff and service are really at the highest level. I am very satisfied and I recommend this hotel to everyone.

This lovely hotel nice and clean rooms nice staff and good atmosphere only 30 minutes walk to blue and Sofia mosques and 20 minutes to grand bazaar the breakfast here you have lots of choices with salads cheeses meats fruit and sweets well worth a stay here

I confess that I had a bitter experience with the treatment of this hotel. I had booked 2 nights for me and my mother. However, due to my mother's health problems and we saw that it was impossible to travel, I called to cancel the reservation and at the time I had been told that it was not possible to return the 1st night, but that they would refund the 2nd night (which I thought it was thoughtful on the part of the hotel). 2 weeks later, they informed me that they would not refund me anything after all. I think there could have been more consideration and attention from the hotel and not just an easy monetary gain. The hotel experience is not just about the comfort they offer to the customer, but also about the consideration and attention that the hotel has for the customer throughout the process. Very bad customer service I must say.

Отвратительный персонал , особенно менеджер, с минуты как позвонила забронировать номер сбрасывали все звонки , потом наконец позвонила с другого номера тоже не отвечали и наконец ответили. Ответила женщина хамка просто,мы попросили фото комнат чтобы потом не было никакого недопонимание отеле. На что она нам ответила «не бронируйте у нас номер» «вы больные» и продолжила хамить ! Ну просто хамское отношение, попросили менеджера подойти , сказала я менеджер, ладно подумали, попросили директора подойти , сказала что и директор она сама. В общем просто хамы наглые , ещё и оскорбляют.Куда смотрит начальство не понятно, просто мы в шоке как такой не адекватный персонал работает с людьми. Виновато само начальство что персонал так по хамски ведёт себя, и портит имидж отеля отпугивая своих клиентов!
