阿多拉飯店(Adora Hotel)

Ich bin überrascht wie das Hotel so eine gute Bewertung bekommen hat..unser Zimmer war so eng,dass beide Koffer nicht reinpassten,wir mussten sie aufeinander stellen.. Badezimmer war auch so eng, man bekommt schon Platzangst. Der Kleiderschrank war nur einseitig zu öffnen,da ein Kosmetikspiel davor stand..was total unnötig war.. Frühstücksbuffett,war den Umständen entsprechend ok..jedoch bin ich von den vielen besuchen in Sirkeci was anderes gewohnt. Die MA waren hilfsbereit..

La posizione dell'Hotel è ottima, a due passi da metro, marmaray, tram e dalle principali attrazioni di Sultanahmet. Lo staff è cordiale. Aria condizionata ben funzionante. Purtroppo non sono stati in grado di darmi alcuna indicazione utile di cui avessi bisogno, ad esempio su modalità di spostamento da/verso l'aeroporto, Istanbul card per i mezzi di trasporto e acquisto dei biglietti online per alcune attrazioni. Avendo viaggiato da sola, le dimensioni della mia stanza erano adeguate, ma per due persone sarebbe stata piccola. Materasso scomodo. Al mio arrivo la camera era accettabile, anche se non impeccabile. Successivamente è stata rifatta ogni due giorni, ma praticamente solo per il cambio asciugamani e forse un'approssimativa passata al bagno. Tende macchiate, così come la testata del letto. Insonorizzazione con altre camere e con l'esterno inesistente. La colazione inclusa nel prezzo a buffet non è buona, i prodotti sono praticamente tutti di origine confezionata. Si può mangiare nei tavoli all'interno o fuori sulla strada, dove servono anche pranzo e cena, ma le tovaglie non vengono cambiate e sono sporche. A conclusione, non mi sento di consigliare l'hotel, anche se non so se alla stesso prezzo (291 Euro per 5 notti, una sola persona) si possano trovare alternative migliori.

Wer ein Hotel mit zentraler Lage und ausgezeichnetem Service sucht, ist hier richtig! Tee und Kaffee ist zu jeder Zeit kostenlos verfügbar, was man in einem anderen Hotel in Istanbul vergeblich sucht. Ein ordentliches Frühstücks-Buffet und eine tolle Terrasse vor dem Hotel die zum entspannen einlädt sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar. Fußläufig gelegen sind die Sultanahmet und Ayasofya Moschee, sowie der Basar und die Eminönü Promenade. Natürlich gibt es Hotels die schönere Zimmer haben; allerdings sind diese dann mindestens 3x teurer!! Außerdem erhaltet ihr in keinem anderen Hotel diesen Service. Das Personal tut wirklich alles, um die Gäste glücklich zu machen. Also wir können es nur empfehlen! Vielen Dank für alles! Hoffe wir sehen uns bald wieder!

Первый раз в отеле, все понравилось, останавливались в клаб номерах, было тихо. Большая территория, море отличное, хороший мини клуб для детей и анимация. Не работал кондиционер в первый день, после обращения починили в течение двух часов

Al llegar nos quisieron cobrar 383€ y mi reserva era de 180€. El personal el muy joven y son agradables pero estan explotados, trabajan muchas horas. Las sabanas son cortas y no llegan, los colchones nuevos y buenos y el baño muy bien. El minibar no funciona. Mucho ruido en las habitaciones porque el bar tiene musica muy alta hasta muy tarde que impide dormir. Super bien situado

Disgusting experience. My money was stolen from hotel's room. When we reported this to the staff they started manipulating and lying to us. They were saying "this is not our problem", didn't call the police, didn't alowed us to closely review the camera footage, didn't even try to help us. After three day's of insisting we finally spoke to the manager (not ever sure it was the real one) who was extremely rude and unproffesional. On the last day they asked us to sign a declaration that they were not guilty of anything. To sum up, the worst customer service in my life. Real cheaters. You do the math who stole my money... We also found out that some keys can unlock many rooms. We reported this but the personnel tried to find excuses and say that this is not their problem either (I have a video proof but it's not possible to upload it. Feel free to contact me if you're in doubt, can send it). The room was not cleaned every day, the sheets, blankets and towels were dirty, wifi didn't work all the time. I wouldn’t be surprised if all the 5 star reviews are written from them (as someone already mentioned before).

The rooms are very clean and hygienic. The location is close to all touristic places in Istanbul. The breakfast consists of a very delicious open buffet. I recommend it to everyone. I will visit again soon.

We chose this hotel mainly for its location (right next to Gulhane Park and close to the major attractions of Sultanahmet). As my group of five needed three rooms, its affordability was a major attraction as well. In general, the hotel was very good. It is very centrally located, though it is hard to be dropped off or picked up directly in front on the hotel. Breakfast was decent. And staff were very helpful. I am generally impressed with the level of quality of independent hotels and restaurants in Turkey. It seems that you can't go wrong, though maybe that's because we are able to choose from a plethora of options.

The stay was great, room was very good and very clean. Staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel is near everything, you can go everywhere by foot. Food was okay, hotel is warm. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
