This is my second time staying here and this time I’m really disappointed. The morning of my flight I had stolen items. Worth $400 I couldn’t locate them and was dissatisfied. My flight was super really so after searching everywhere I left. I didn’t receive any compensation. I’ll make sure to not stay here again… really ruined my trip.

Shower head so badly calcium encrusted, water came only out the sides. Biddet inside the shower, felt unsanitary as water would splash out of the biddet onto you as you tried to shower with the restricted shower head. Shower was very mouldy. TV did not work at all. Room felt like it had no noise insulation, could hear everything, footsteps, people speaking. I stayed on the 4th floor underneath the rooftop restaurant, staff sat out on the 5th floor until 2am chatting, lack of insulation meant I could hear everything. Small selection for breakfast. Staff seemed indifferent and not approachable or friendly.

Catastrophique un conseille n’y allez allez surtout pas. Pour commencer il n’y a aucune isolation phonique que ce soit extérieur ou entre chambre, nous avons eu toutes les nuits les bruits de musiques et de fête en bas de l’établissement car il y a des restaurant qui sont d’ailleurs attrape touriste ainsi qu’une chicha… Petit déjeuner prévu à 7h30 et bien à 7h30 rien n’est prêt ! Résultat ça ne sert à rien de se lever tôt pour aller visiter puisque le petit déjeuner est imprenable à l’heure, par contre pour faire le petit déjeuner au lit là ils s’activent bien !!! Propreté boff puisque les chambre ne sont pas nettoyer tous les jours donc si vous rester 1 semaines vous allez avoir un seul nettoyage de chambre accumulation de boules de poussière et cheveux sans que ça pose problème et pas de changement de serviette aussi à nous de réclamer !!! Franchement j’ai passer un très mauvais moment ça a gâcher toutes nos vacances du début à la fin puisque impossible de dormir. Le seul point positif c’est la vue de la terrasse

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, it is relatively clean and location is next to Sultanahmet Station other than this it is very very bad any other hotel would be better, value for money is extremely low, whatever is on the website is very misleading

Good location but the pics on ******* are misleading. Equivalent of a 2* hotel. Very ok breakfast too. No real window - overlooking the AC ducts.

The people who working in the hotel is nice and helpful but the hotel is low rating like the refrigerator not working and other stuff. So my rating will be 3 from 5

I loved this hotel, I shall make it my first option in Istanbul, great staff, beautiful room, house keeping lady is a wonderful lady, location is fantastic, breakfast is good enough for me, lovely terrace, tram stop is almost outside, can’t fault this place..

Chambre trop petite, je peux à peine me retourner dans la douche, manque d'hygiène, je ne peux pas ouvrir la fenêtre à cause du bruit proximité avec 1 salon à chicha( photos disponible de toutes mes remarques)
