economy的房間沒窗！我本來訂了五晚，由於行程出錯，跟酒店溝通第三晚入住，前兩晚取消，酒店不答應，也就算了。入住後發現房間沒窗户，一開門就一股難以言表的腳臭等各種臭的混合氣味竄進鼻子，一晚上輾轉反側頭一次領會到新鮮空氣對人有多麼重要，終於熬到第二天一大早第一件事就去和前台溝通換房間。白收了我前兩晚的錢 前台仍然拒絕給我們換房，一定要再加錢，這在中國都覺得很沒人情味了吧，人家就是幹得出來。説好聽點 人家的規矩是規矩，説不好聽 就是能多賺一筆賺一筆，根本不打算賺回頭客的錢。非常不好的感受，硬件也非常一般，廁所昏暗，絕不會推薦任何人入住。

工作人員非常友善和樂於助人，此外，酒店的位置非常理想，因為您可以到達所有公共路線，例如渡輪、輕軌和地鐵。

It was a very bad experience ever, rooms were not ventilated, bad services at all from all the stuff. Service in the room is so bad specially the heating system which you can feel you are in sauna and you cannot even sleep and team saying you can leave the hotel if you are not comfortable!!! Not even try to solve any problem also like the TV channels were not working as no signal also. The breakfast was very poor and most of the things were not included in the breakfast buffet. Treatment from the staff generally was so bad and it will not be recommended for anyone even if it’s one of cheapest options to stay but maybe now i know why it’s cheaper than others!!

Very nice place to stay in Istanbul for a fair price. The staff is very kind and professional. Good variety in the breakfast and comfortable room. It was our second time in the city and also our second time in the hotel.

Otel çok temiz, banyo ferah. Odalarımız her gün temizlendi. Yalnızca otoparkın olmaması sıkıntı. Galata kulesine çok yakın. Konum çok merkezi. Aileler için uygun. Fakat otele girişte kimse bir şey sormuyor, elini kolunu sallayan girebilir. Bu beni güvenlik konusunda endişelendirdi.

Located on a narrow street, dimly lit, hard to get to by taxi. You have to get out and drag your bags 100 m on cobblestone downhill. The lobby is small and plain, the elevators are awkward to get to. I arrived at night and the hallways were so dim I couldn’t see where my room was or where to put the key. The room is small, the floor is dirty carpet, the bed is minimalistic and hard. The shower was molding and cracked. It took 25 minutes for me to get hot water(not an exaggeration) including 2 calls to reception. There is a mosque close to the hotel that plays calls to prayer at 11pm and then again at 4 am so if your room is street-side be prepared.

Ich habe schon sehr viele Hotels weltweit besucht und darunter auch schon einige in Istanbul, jedoch habe ich noch nie so ein Hotel erlebt. Service ist quasi nicht vorhanden, die Zimmer Ende Dezember wohlgemerkt NICHT geheizt. Eine mögliche Erklätung quasi vorprogrammiert. Eine Rückerstattung bzw. Verminderung des Preises wird nicht angeboten. Daher ist dieses Hotel eine reine betrügerische Organisation. Viele Gäste mit welche ich geredet habe, klagen über dieselben Probleme und auch hier wird nicht gehandelt. Die Göste werden nicht nachhaltig bedient, Hauptsache das Geld wird einkassiert und was dann ist, wird nicht mehr beachtet. BITTE sucht euch ein anderes Hotel wenn ihr schon so eine schöne Stadt wie Istanbul besucht.

Для тех кто хочет сэкономить своё время и деньги, выбирайте однозначно другой отель. За несколько часов переселили в три разные комнаты. В первом номере не было горячей воды, во втором протекала душ кабина и вся ванная комната была затоплена, в третьем номере проблема с кондиционером, ещё и умудрились денег взять за три часа сна в отеле. Что не спросишь персонал отвечают : I don't know. Это вообще как понимать? Однозначно Manesol Karakoy - не стоит своих денег, ваши извинения никому не нужны, люди приезжают отдыхать а не бегать с одной комнаты в другую, cколько нервов было потраченo

I had read reviews about the hotel (booked by the tour company I was joining for trip around Turkey), and was apprehensive. Pleasantly surprised when got into the room as on the surface looked okay but then on close inspection, found it be an illusion. Very dirty surface on the table next to the bed (see pic), dangerous bathroom door handle, safe was not fixed so someone could come into the room and take it away (see scratches as other people like myself had to push it into the back of the wardrobe), fridge did not work (told staff but nothing done to fix/replace), shower was grubby. It's not a boutique/4 star hotel. I had to get up at 5am to get to airport and unfortunately there was somewhere near by that was playing music till about 11.30pm (I was on the ground floor).
