關聯了萬豪賬號，作為鈦金，還用了升房券，雖然給了海景房，但是才3樓，太矮了，想要更高樓層，説滿房了，隨緣吧，不過延遲到16:00點退房還不錯！歡迎信送錯了人名和房間，所以送了我單人一份早餐！

房間挺大的 位置挺好 旁邊是park 和 ferry 挺方便的，離獨立大街走過去也不遠，服務都比較奈斯，不過二樓有個roof view沒開~

房間設施很好，一看就很在線。 酒店位置不錯距離新皇宮很近，離塔克西姆廣場步行幾百米。 健身房在地下，泳池比較小，沒去游泳。 早餐有點簡單，除了蛋卷麪包沒什麼太多適合中國胃的食物。 總體不錯

飯店提供的飲用水已經變質（有異味，還有異物），我投訴後他們給我換了水，但換來的水也是變質的。我選擇麗茲卡爾頓酒店就是看中了它的安全保障，但兩次遇到同樣的問題後，我實在無法向任何人推薦這家酒店。作為補償，他們給我換了一間視野更好的多人間，但房間在二樓，緊鄰泳池，任何人都可以隨意進出，即使沒有房卡，我住在那裡也毫無安全感。這是我住過的最糟糕的麗茲卡爾頓酒店，我以後絕對不會再入住。

It is an exclusive hotel where the staff is very courteous and tries to do everything for the Guests. We had access to the Executive Lounge. The lounge is okay but there are better ones! Last year the cappuccino wasn't tasty...hasn't changed, still doesn't taste good 😀 but there are plenty of other alternatives. Nevertheless, it is a very good hotel where the staff should be mentioned that they do everything to satisfy the hotel guests.

酒店位置在新歐洲，距離新皇宮還有馬克西姆廣場很近，服務還可以

住過的最差的Ritz，太失望了。裝修老舊，佈局是老舊的奇怪，前台小，幾把椅子一張桌子，check in當場就打退堂鼓了。服務是看起來笑盈盈，實際是職業假笑，不是那種讓旅客感覺真心幫助你獲得一個愉快旅行的服務。房間裝修風格也很舊，説不出來什麼風格，總之一個在中國二線城市的會覺得充滿城鄉結合部風。對有口音的外國人有歧視（直接喊口音重的印度旅客説土耳其語或英語）早餐選擇少。唯一的優點是海景房正對博斯普魯士海峽，上午開窗簡直美瘋了！

酒店很美，就在博斯普魯斯海峽邊上，餐廳對着大海，環境真是一流，就是吃的東西不太符合中國人的胃口，如果是中國人來土耳其旅遊，記得一定要帶泡麪和維生素片，這裏蔬菜少，不帶會後悔。聖索菲亞大教堂，蘇萊曼尼清真寺，新皇宮都很美，在加拉達石塔偶遇了甲亢哥。

房間還是不錯的，定的是酒店的luxury escape room, 可以使用酒店lounge ，所以還是不錯滴，就是入住期間兩場樓下的音樂會吵得讓我們沒法入睡。土耳其spa值得使用，非常好的體驗。服務員都很熱情，還有中國員工，很親切，很好

非常滿意的一次入住體驗，在這度過了愉快的週年紀念日。前台經理為人真摯，幫我們提前入住並升到了partial Bosphorus sea view房間，正對的是城市樹林景觀，但從側面能看到不錯的海峽景。bora經理提供的週年蛋糕和果盤很有儀式感。也特別感謝Levent小林，服務貼心溝通順暢，還送了我們一個醜萌的彩虹獨角獸（可惜這家小獅子總是缺貨）。總體讓人賓至如歸 設施：從大堂到客房都是古典華麗風格，傢俱有使用痕跡，但維護不錯 環境：地理位置挺好的，在土耳其著名俱樂部Tüpraş Stadyumu上面，離新皇宮Dolmabahçe Palace很近，爬坡累的話可以從停車場做電梯上樓 服務：大家都友好、認真、熱情，夜床服務把房間差不多重新整理了一遍，滿意；晚餐是在樓下Atölye用的，也不錯😌

麗思的標準還是在線的，我們到的時候房間還沒準備好，行李交給禮賓部就出去溜達了，回來拿到房卡看到行李放得整整齊齊， 第二天整理房間估計是看我們有兩個行李放地上，就拿了兩個行李架幫我們把箱子放上去了。這個細節真的住了很多酒店衹有這一家做了，很感動。

아주 좋은 휴가를 보내고 가요 몇몇 외부 소음은 있었지만 아주 편안한 휴식을 하고 갑니다 조식도 좋았고 객실도 편안했어요

Проживання як і раніше було чудовим . Дуже дякую за високий сервіс та допомогу ! Номер був чудовим , додатково мені покращили категорію номеру без доплати, що показує зацікавленість у комфорті гостей !

Mój pobyt w The Ritz-Carlton, Istanbul w dniach 7–9 października 2025 r. oceniam bardzo wysoko. Hotel wyróżnia się doskonałą lokalizacją z pięknym widokiem na Bosfor, a także wyjątkową czystością i profesjonalizmem personelu. Obsługa była na najwyższym poziomie – uprzejma, pomocna i dyskretna. Pokój Premium był przestronny, dobrze wyposażony, a sprzątanie realizowane bez zarzutu. Udogodnienia hotelowe (strefa SPA, restauracja i lobby bar) spełniły moje oczekiwania, choć w porównaniu z pozostałymi elementami standard mógłby być nieco wyższy. Ogólnie jednak pobyt oceniam jako bardzo komfortowy i godny polecenia, zarówno w celach służbowych, jak i prywatnych.
