Let me preface that we normally love Hampton Inns, however this one was undergoing renovation. The lobby was closed, the front entrance was closed. the breakfast was very limited.No pool... The front desk was in hotel room 102 and yet none of this was listed in the description. You had to enter from the back of the hotel. Very inconvenient for those with disabilities, and yet there was no mention of this when booking. There was also no consideration in the pricing of the rooms. The staff was wonderful, but had we known, we would've never stayed there!
