希爾頓歡朋飯店-長島康梅克(Hampton Inn Long Island/Commack)

First, I got a great price for a room using the Trip app. The whole place was Very clean ,the breakfast was superb, the beds comfortable 👌With all the plusses, we did not mind that construction was going on in the front of the building.

The service was great, the hoteliers were polite and responded to my requests for things I needed promptly. The room was comfortable and clean. I especially liked the updated key system they have. Unlike other hotels, the keys worked 100% of the time. As you may have experienced yourself, the keys of outdated systems that don't work well can be pretty annoying.

I was so cold, but this hotel was so warm, just how I enjoy it. I will definitely book the same hotel next time i’m there.

Simple room was really big and nice bathroom was aswell

Let me preface that we normally love Hampton Inns, however this one was undergoing renovation. The lobby was closed, the front entrance was closed. the breakfast was very limited.No pool... The front desk was in hotel room 102 and yet none of this was listed in the description. You had to enter from the back of the hotel. Very inconvenient for those with disabilities, and yet there was no mention of this when booking. There was also no consideration in the pricing of the rooms. The staff was wonderful, but had we known, we would've never stayed there!

Property was undergoing renovation - this was not disclosed prior to or subsequent to reservation - given that I paid a premium to stay at a Hampton Inn (probably because it was a hotel li day weekend) I would have appreciated knowing about these renovations ahead of time - feel like this took away from value
