Poorly managed. Manager seems to have lost the ability to manage people. Stayed 3 nights and never could get housekeeping in our room. Trash was never emptied which led to there being ants in the room. Manager was not very responsive and could only offer excuses. She also displayed a sarcastic attitude when notified of our concerns

Overall was not impressed- breakfast was not good and limited- pool was not working and not disclosed; internet was down for almost one whole day; staff was friendly and close to ball field, which is why we came, however, next time I would rather drive further and go to a different hotel

They gave us a first come first serve 1st floor room which wasn’t nice . I asked why and they said it was because they where sold out . Now I booked that room wks in advance with my Pay Pal account. And that was def not the room I got for $ 150 a night . .

My first time here i was attending a wedding 20 mins away. I was very impress by the hotel, the staff at the front desk was very attentive and friendly. Very informative when i asked how to get to the place for the wedding. Explained a few things regarding the room and breakfast in the morning.

We were put next to the mechanical room which make me really uncomfortable and hard to sleep because of these annoying machine running sound on and on nonstop during the whole staying. It was really loud for me. Other than that, everything is good.

I booked think it had a pool. Pool is being replced for a bar. Paid alot of money for studio room only cleaned every two days. No garabafe bags. Only three towels for two days.

We booked this property for the convenience in location. Close to the expressway and close to sunrise Highway. We stayed there over 2 years ago and the pool was closed. This time the pool was still closed. Not sure it will ever open at this point. What a disappointment to our kids. The room has a weird odor, and the doors to our bathroom and shower room both did not close. There is no lock on the doors and the doors kept sliding back open. I had to wedge a towel in each door to stop it from opening. The bathroom had some weird stuff on the walls and the toilet room had some hair left for us in the sink. Overall it could be a great place, has potential if the upkeep was a little better. And the amenities were worth it. Without the pool, the rate should be much lower. Oh also, someone took one of the dumbbells from the gym so you could do half a workout haha.
