島民度假村(Islander Resort)

Nice hotel rooms that you can drive up to. Nice amount of space—although the bathroom is very small. Pool area is ok, not enough umbrellas. Didn’t get water everyday despite being told it was included with the resort fee. The access to the sea isn’t great. Yoga was fantastic.

The room was nice and clean, no complaints there. The hotel was half empty on a Tuesday night in October, but the staff decided to put us in the one room that's right next to where the property is doing construction. At 7am, construction equipment moved in, and that was it for sleep. Somehow, they couldn't have put us somewhere more distant from the noise. Seems like every time you book through a travel website the hotel makes a point in showing you that you should have used their hotel website to book. Overall, very disappointed. Wouldn't stay there again.

We arrived as hurricane Adalia was passing by Key West so we couldn't access any amenities or eating areas onsite and we couldn't use the kayaks which we very excited about. We got charged the full amenities fees which we didn't think was fair.

Very disappointed in check in. Young lady was unfriendly and uninformed. Asked several questions and got very confusing answers. For example, asked about maid service and answer was every three days.

the property was not properly lit or marked to walk it during the evening, i got lost as did others. Also it was undergoing renovations and I was not aware of such prior to booking.

The resort is very beautiful we stayed a couple of times before being remodeled and is looks so beautiful now . Service was wonderful . The only thing than we did not like were the beds because were really uncomfortable.

Bra poolområdet. Lite väl enkel meny i poolbaren. Kunde vara lite roligare mat och mer att välja på.

Restaurant waitress was rude and staff was unaccommodating. Have never had this issue here before.

Layout of the property was nice. It was close to other places. The museum next door was pretty cool.
