It is rare that I write a review out of a positive experience, specially in hotels where there are so many chances for things to go wrong. However, every now and then I stumble upon a stay that's so out of ordinary that I'm compelled to write about it. To begin with, Mahrukh, the person managing check-ins and check-outs is SUPER Great. She not only talks like she cares, but she actually does. In whatever way possible, she went beyond her job to ensure her guests are having a great stay. It's rare to find such a professional with care. What I really enjoyed about the hotel was the taste, that is visible in every little thing. Loved the choice of their shower gels, and shampoos. The way bedside lighting could be dimmed, and how fresh the room felt. The location is also quite central and great The things I'd change: - Curtains outside the bathroom - it takes away the control of privacy from the person using the washroom. Also, the curtains were too thin that one could see beyond even when they were shut. - No Kettle in the room. - No Elevator (I really want my parents to stay here on their next trip, but stairs are the issue) - Breakfast at Loafology was average. - Softness of the towels.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic and exceeded all expectations. The food, cleanliness, and room comfort were flawless. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and extremely professional, especially Mr. Noveel, who made our stay exceptionally comfortable. Upon check-in, he noted my date of birth and surprised me with a beautiful slice of cake. The recommendations for sites and shopping were excellent, authentic, and offered great value. The location was convenient, with the Centaurus Mall nearby and plenty of shops and restaurants in close proximity. We will definitely be returning.

Beautiful boutique hotel backed by excellent customer service- location good , next to a metro station and half hr from airport. Will be my go to place next time am in Islamabad. Thank you to the staff for your excellent service. This hotel is a must if you are in Islamabad

Resided 3 nights at The 108. Funky design, pleasant colours and materials. They paid attention to my special requests. Slept very well on the comfortable mattress and sheets of the king-size bed. Staff spoke excellent English and were keen to assist with any issue. Their transportation service tends to be somewhat overpriced; haggling is compulsory. Breakfast took place in the adjacent coffee shop (Loafology Bakery & Café) in exchange for food stamps which had been issued by the reception on arrival. You get some options to chose from. In the end the breakfast is comprised of a plate with some kind of prepared egg, a freshly sqeezed juice, and a hot drink of your choice. I didn’t like the food. Limited and bad. Drinks were all right. For the same (high) accommodation rate their competitors offer a fabulous rich buffet. Sink in the bathroom was clogged and got full of water on the first evening. I hardly could brush my teeth. They fixed it the next day. Final verdict: design and staff were top-notch.

Excellent hotel with perfect service, rooms were spacious and clean....Will definitely suggest to anyone staying in Islamabad Very close to Jinnah Super area, and Loafology connected with the hotel is also excellent. We unfortunately could not try the Asian Fusion restaurant but hopefully for next time

My only place for stay in Islamabad, welcoming staff, great service quality and cleanliness, location is another great quality of this hotel, Loafology cafe is awesome.

It was good.The complimentary food was great.Plus a smart tv and comfy beds.The staff were cooperative and helpful.Location was good and the Centaurus mall was really close.Shops were near so were the restaurants. Really excellent service. Dr Muhammad Abdul Azim Baig.

All the staff we met were friendly, helpful and extremely professional, even translating to our driver throughout the day. The recommendations of sites and shopping were excellent and were authentic and very good value. Not “tourist traps”. We will definitely be returning.

Great spot in central downtown ISL, well located for visiting other parts of ISL. Brand new, tastefully decorated, sound proofed windows, good breakfast provided by the neighbouring cafe, ultra-fast wifi, no complaints at all! Would definitely stay here again!
