房間特別寬敞 乾淨衞生 設施比較齊全 有很大的衣櫥 適合長租 提供高速Wifi 安保措施齊全 包含一日三餐中餐 房東夫婦特別熱情 而且也有很多其他的中國人同住 比較熱鬧

2月1日，因為我是中國人，酒店不太想讓我住了。並且看到我以後會竊竊私語，給人感覺很不好。服務有待提高，沒有熱水壺，需要打電話去前台要。無線網信號業比較差，這個價格在國內也是可以住不錯的酒店了。但是在巴基斯坦的消費水平，價格算高的了。 臨街的樓下有點吵，亂糟糟的喇叭聲，歡迎果然的水果乾了，誰水果也不新鮮。不如餐廳的好。洗手間吹風機，像是嘴吹的風，沒力氣？

昨天落地后看了好幾個平台，最後選擇了這家店，覺得老闆人蠻不錯的。所以我專門來評價一下。 第一點: 細心 （下單后店鋪老闆立刻給我回電了，向我來確認訂單信息和入住時間。聽到我是飛機過來，和我大概確定了接機時間。超級nice） 第二點:耐心 （落地后，老闆立刻來接我了，第一時間要求主動拿我的行李，因為我行李比較多，最後老闆非常紳士的幫我拿了行李，超級好） 第三點:硬件設施非常不錯。接我們的時候安排了一個特別乾淨的商務車接我們回酒店。伊斯蘭堡是真的很熱，落地一會兒出了一身汗，回酒店那當然得了馬上洗澡，房間的一次性物品都挺齊全。床上用品用紫外線燈檢測過，挺乾淨的。肯定常常換新。洗漱用品都是品牌的，不是雜牌，蠻不錯的。可圈可點 第四點:老闆給我換的點比我們機場的點高好多。在這邊不能用銀聯卡。給我們省了很多時間和錢。 第五點:從機場到酒店的一路上感覺特別亂，直到到這個酒店，感覺才變得特別安全，心裏才踏實下來。詢問老闆之後才告訴我們，這邊相當於是富人區觀察了一下酒店的警察，確實挺安全的，有三四個。感覺很有安全保障 第六個:這邊網絡非常差。酒店WIFI非常好。發小紅書刷視頻沒問題。nice 第七個:離中國商超還有本地大城市非常近，大概五分鐘路程。居然還看到了華為巴基斯坦總部 第八個:酒店配的是三頓飯。居然廚師是中國人。太棒了叭。愛中餐 總而言之，非常推薦呀，家人們。該酒店

這次體驗真的太棒了，房間寬敞，很乾凈更意外的是老闆居然配備了冰箱。個人感覺已經達到了五星級的標準，但是收的是三星級的費用。尤其要説的是每餐的中餐都特別豐富。老闆人很好，很細心，接送機省去我很多麻煩，還幫我聯繫當地電話卡，真的超級貼心、方便，絕對是海外華人住宿不二之選

If you value your sleep - stay elsewhere! I stayed at Regalia for 6 nights and was awoken every morning. First day maintenance in the next room (219) at 7am!! Who starts hammering in a hotel at 7am?! Over the following days it was maintenance and also housekeeping (even though nobody was staying in room 219). Banging doors, dragging furniture. I stepped out and confronted them each morning. They would apologize and say it won't happen again, and then do it all over again the following day. I've stayed here many times in the past, even up to 3 weeks at a time, and never had problems. Unfortunately they now have a day manager who simply doesn't care. If there is an issue, his advice is ”don't worry we will change your room”. He takes no responsibility in communicating with other departments to ensure you do not get disturbed, it's easier just to tell the guest to change room! Every single day I complained to the Front Desk staff and every single day this continued. I was so severely sleep deprived by the end of my stay that I could barely muster the energy to speak!! After my stay ended, I emailed the GM of the hotel - who offered zero resolution. No explanation as to how or why this happened, no investigation, and what was supposed to be a private complaint was cc'd in with the entire Front Desk!! So much for data protection! I requested an explanation. 3 weeks passed, I didn't get one. Then my sister spoke to the GM last week, and was given an entirely misleading explanation for what happened during my stay. Also she was assured I would be contacted, but guess what? Nobody has contacted me (again). If this is how they can treat a loyal, frequent customer, I hate to think how it would be for someone new! Definitely will not stay here again!!

我和一位同事在這裏住了大約一週。我們進行正式旅行,需要一個安全又優質的服務的地方。服務:我必須感謝工作人員的優質服務和熱情。早餐品種豐富。早餐咖啡不好,但是你買的咖啡是奶油的,泡沫的。你可以要求熨燙服務,也可以直接要求熨衣板自己熨。位置:最近的市場是離科薩,步行10分鐘。但是這個位置的加分點是一個非常靠近步行的軌道,而且它非常靠近所有主要酒店和商業中心。對於商務住宿,它非常完美。環境:現在到了負面點:賓館急需裝修。牀單陳舊,蒼白。浴室瓷磚褪色。房間景觀:第二個負面點是房間景觀。如果你像我一樣喜歡房間的景色,你會失望的。

確實是一個最好的酒店,在伊斯蘭堡景色優美。很棒的服務和美味的食物特別喜歡皇家大象的味道。checkin Officers Ms Areej和Mariah非常熱情好客,這種充滿活力的靈魂是酒店業務的重要組成部分。酒店內應該也有室外游泳池 總的來說,這是一次很棒的體驗。

The Hotel is Majestic, the traditional ambience and the design was very welcoming. Our room was clean and comfy with complimentary drinks like soft drinks. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection of local dishes. Overall, we were glad to have booked Serena Hotel for our first time in Islamabad.

酒店服務很好 性價比很高 住店的時候剛好趕上自己的生日 酒店特別貼心給準備了生日蛋糕 要不是看到酒店給的驚喜 自己都忘記了當天是生日 很感動 特別是長期在國外出差的我們 非常感謝🙏
