坎昆帕爾馬別墅海灘水療度假村(Villa del Palmar Cancun Luxury Beach Resort & Spa)

The food here is crap. Super expensive and crap. Room service food is a joke. I swear pizza from the grocery store tasted 10x better but yet i paid 30 dollars for it. They said they will take it off the bill. Come check out, the manager Uriel, said he can't take it off the bill. He can only give 50% because there is no report. I asked him to talk to the two people I spoke to (the guest service and the room service guy that I dealt with) but he said he's not WILLING TO. He can, but he's not willing to. URIEL THE MANAGERS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ****. "I can contact them but I'm not willing to" is his exact words. I paid for pizza that litterally tasted like cardboard. I can buy grocery store frozen pizza and microwave it snd it would taste better than their room service overpriced pizza. Also paid about 800 Canadian a night for holidays. Thought there would be better food than this

Las áreas y el estado del hotel es increíble. Desafortunadamente al momento de hacer el check in se siente una diferencia de trato si hablas español en lugar de inglés. Sin embargo la mayoría del personal ofrece un excelente servicio

grand ( trop ) , sur la plage , dans une zone hôtelière , très sécurisé ( même les transporteurs doivent donner votre nom et numéro de chambre pour entrer sur le parking , et pas dans le hall ) , un peu usine à cash , un des restaurants (le Zama ) a même des tables réservées aux gens qui prennent une bouteille de vin , sinon , pas de table ! personnel très aimable , mais on a pas tant apprécié ce grand complexe .

En general todo excelente con el hotel y su personal, salvo la atencion de David de recepcion que fue nefasto. Sugiero tengan mas controles del personal y de como tratan y contestan a los clientes.

I came here with a group of 15 family members and more than half of us got very sick and they wont do anything to accommodate that. We all got food poisoning and diarrhea along with rashes. Also some of the staff was very rude my family members. I will not be returning and I wish I could get a refund because we couldnt even enjoy or vacation and relax.

La información es engañosa, reservé un plan todo incluido y tuve que pagar 150 US por cada huésped. Tengan cuidad, te hacen caer en el error y el staff del hotel no lo resuelve.

Bait and switch sold me all inclusive then switch me to Jon your package clearly is bait and switch. Asked to speak to manager never responded. I am a hotel executive that is a poor guest service.

La pase muy bien, el resort muy completo, solo al hacer la reservación aquí mencionaba que era todo incluido, luego que solo el desayuno y al llegar que solo era la habitación, por esa razón me genera conflicto reservar en este tipo de aplicaciones.
