坎昆加爾薩白度假村及水療 - 全包式住宿(Garza Blanca Resort & Spa Cancun - All Inclusive)

We booked a few nights here expecting a calm, luxurious experience. It was far from that. There were more kids at this resort than adults and they occupy ALL pools annd hot tubs all day. The sound of screaming kids goes until 11pm every night and can be heard from inside your room. Also, we were supposed to get an early check in, but ended up getting access at 4pm, which is 1 hour later than standard check in. The staff said this was due to the busy season, which sounds ridiculous when you pay over $1000 per night to stay here. You also have to pay for the internet in order to chromecast your device to the TV. Again, paying over $1000 per night and then having to pay to chrome cast your device is ridiculous. The room service took 2 hours at night to deliver a simple order. We were also woken up every morning by loud cleaners and phone calls from front desk. You can’t sleep in at this resort.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Garza Blanca Cancún. The hotel was breathtaking and the pools and beach were great. Highlights: The food! 10/10 especially the dinner options. We received great service and the options were fabulous. We loved Martin our server at Hiroshi. The room we stayed in was a two bedroom suite and had everything our family needed. And if we did need something our butlers Josue and Andres made it happen quickly. The amount of attention they gave us was also fabulous. The adult rooftop pool and bar/food was something we looked forward to each day. The spa! Hydrotherapy was really enjoyable and Omar was very attentive. Iliana gave a great massage and facial. And Jonathon is a standout employee for the resort. If he offers you a sample massage at the pool, take it. And then book an appointment. You won’t regret it! Things to be desired: A coffee bar/ snack counter/ ice cream shop. I really missed this during our stay and was surprised to see this property did not have many coffee options. Service in some bar areas was lacking. We stayed all-inclusive. And although we tipped during our stay, we still felt ignored by some staff. We often waited for a drink and went a few minutes before someone came up to us. I don’t mind waiting as long as I get a nod or “be right with you”. The kids activities were a bit boring. Our two girls (5 & 7) liked the kids club. It was beautiful and clean. But the activities were a little boring.

At this price point, my expectation on room cleanliness and service by the pool were definitely not met. 2 out of 3 rooms from our group needed to be reserved upon checkin with crumbs and even previous guest's socks laying around. By the pool, the staff was slow, not attentive, and unwilling to provide high end service with drinks and food, even with the hotel half empty. Service at restaurant and overall quality of the food was great. Facilities including the rooms were also great.

Everything was amazing as far as the hotel and services. The only thing we did not like is their residential sale pitch that took over 3 hours if possible avoid it. The food is amazing. Our butler enrique and fernando were great. When ever we needed anything they got it donw. They made our anniversary very special.

We had a fantastic relaxing vacation at Garza Blanca. This was exactly what we were looking for, and more. The hotel is luxurious, and all the staff is super friendly. We were upgraded to a suite with all the amenities. Thank you. The restaurants are great with multiple options. We were here for seven days and it was just perfect. Kudos to Cándido for his súper personal service. He helped us with all reservations, change of plans, etc. Also, thank you to Iracema and the rest of the staff at the kids club! Our son had the best time and he was excited to come back to his daily fun activities! For us the night entertainment was perfect as we were looking for a nice, small, relaxing (on the quiet side) week. Yet, we enjoyed the roof top bar and the live music. The SPA was 10/10. Even on the all inclusive, you need to sign after each service and you have the option to leave an additional tip. We graciously left extra tip for the super and attentive service as the staff truly wants you to feel welcome. This feels right. We will come back… great hotel!

Welcoming nice. 1. No shuttle as promised by Garza personnel. 2. Room TV not working. 3. Called to follow up on fix for leaking bathtub. Employee tried transferring me five times to front desk. No answer. 4. 7am next morning disruptive timeshare call to room. 5. 8am same thing again. 6. 8:15 am Loud knocking on room door. Do not Disturb sign outside door handle. 7. 9:10 am, very loud knock on room door. Kids awakened by the disturbances. 8. Upon arrival Front desk said they usually give free upgrade to VIP but were out of rooms. Stated would give us free premium wifi and would call us when room upgrade available. No way to connect/use internet until last 2 days. No room upgrade. 9. Bathtub throwing water to room. Eventually fixed. 10. Front desk stated need 48 hours notice to set up transportation. Immediately gave notice to reserve transportation. Asked Butler and said he would make reservations for the shuttle. Never happened. 11. Unauthorized tips charged to my account. 12. Ordered room service. Didn't get correct orders. Happened twice. 14. Called room service for refill of snack drawer, refrigerator sofas and beers, only got sodas and snacks from second day on. No more beers included. 15. I called 8000 number. Several attempts to contact front desk. No success. Communicated points 1-10 with manager Andrea. Appreciate. Very good manager. Tried to help. Overall, service staff very nice and as helpful as they were empowered to be. Way more to write. Out of characters.

Hermosas vistas , limpieza excelente , los mayordomos Arco y Hector fueron lo mejor de la estancia y la housekeeping que mantuvo la habitación impecable. Tienen que mejorar la Comida y las opciones para comer , es un hotel bien costoso con poca opción de comer ,todo es a la Carta y por reserva y si no puedes ir a la reserva te toca pedir en el cuarto Porq no tienen un lugar donde puedas ir a picar algo ,solo un local que tienen algunos dulces y helado .Todo el tiempo comimos mas rico en Villas del palmar .Muchas personas de los que trabajan no conocen las instalaciones,cuando les preguntas no saben responde la Mayoría de las cosas , deben dar más entrenamiento del local .

Es nueva pero tuvimos problemas con el mecanismo de las cortinas, el teléfono no servía, el foco de la lámpara parpadeaba y la caja de seguridad se quedó sin pilas. Este día que repararon casi todo no nos hicieron la limpieza del cuarto a pesar de que lo pedí en 4 diferentes ocasiones
