My family and I have stayed at a lot of LaQuinta's and I seriously thought this was an upgrade since they redid their lobby and rooms but I was wrong. When you enter into the hotel, I immediately notice the smell like something wet was left outside for to long. Checked in, the front desk gave me 2 key cards and my family and I went to our hotel room. One of the key card didn't work and we notice there was a smell in the room and just didn't think anything of it that maybe it was because the air wasn't circulating. But I was wrong because the first night, my daughter and I had an asthma attack and my family was coughing nonstop. We would spray room spray and went down to the front desk to see why our room smelled and the front desk person just looked at me and said there shouldn't be a smell. When we leave the hotel, our coughing subsided but when we enter into the hotel again, that's when we started having our coughing fit. We felt that customer service couldn't help us and our key cards just didn't work. We had to go back downstairs to get re-keyed. Then we learned that there was a water leak in the hotel a year ago hence that's why every floor has a humidifier on the wall. This place is a health concern. Our bathroom was small. The toilet isn't steady. It kept making noises when you sat down and the bath tub had stains and missing porcelain pieces. If you have bad health, you should not stay here. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.
