科拉爾維爾萬楓套房飯店(Fairfield Inn & Suites Coralville)

Nice quiet hotel. Close to shopping and Carver Arena. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Comfortable beds.

We stayed at this hotel in April. It had just opened. We came back because of the good service by the staff, good breakfast, and just an overall great experience. In 7 months, the conditions in the bathroom and the erratic heater function need work. To get hot water in the shower took several minutes with the faucet turned to the hotest position. Once hot water was received, the shower worked good. The trim around the base of the shower both inside and out, needs to be replaced. Amenities would have been good except for the shampoo dispenser. It was obviously full but the pump wouldn't work. Overall, I would recommend this hotel but hope they look closely at fixing these minor issues.

I stayed about a week. Three days of the stay there was almost no hot water. Had to take cold showers. Front desk said they’re sorry half the hotel is having that issue. Suggested letting it run for 10-15 minutes to draw water from the other half of the hotel. Would have been better to offer to move me to a room that wasn’t affected. The hotel was almost empty and there were plenty of available rooms. The complimentary breakfast offerings became skimpier and skimpier during my stay. By the last day there was no breakfast meat at all, only one variety of cereal, no bananas, and only vanilla yogurt. The shower door was coming lose from the wall.

Upon arrival, the smell of mildew was overwhelming. Also the young lady checking people in was very rude and unprofessional. She let the phone ring the entire time she was checking me in, left the counter to have a discussion with another employee a couple times, and was very unkept. (Very poor personal hygiene). I was put on the first floor by the lobby which was very noisy. I understand I was a single visitor, but the amount of foot traffic and people in the lobby, the noise was unacceptable. The amenities were atrocious. The TV did not work properly. There was no guide available, WiFi was not working a majority of the time, and I was not able to stream through the TV. Thankfully I had a laptop to stream tv through. This will be a facility that I will not return to when I come back to Coralville to visit my family.

We were in room 228. The tiles on the bathroom floor are loose. The hard boiled eggs in the fridge at breakfast were frozen. We travel with a small cooler to keep medicine cold. So we have reusable freezer packs. But the fridge in the room didn’t have a freezer

Very clean, safe neighborhood. room was very clean, though absent of typical wall art. Heat worked well. Bed was comfortable.

The DM was so friendly, kind and helpful to us. We stay at this Fairfield hotel every six months for the last two years!! Great place to stay and friend staff!! We’ll be back in the first of April!!

Wonderful property with friendly staff and clean rooms. Nice continental breakfast that was easy to access and enjoy

Rooms and facilities were nice but registration person was not friendly and lobby was not cool on a summer day.
