This is a quiet lake front property on Lamoka Lake with a gradual slope to the water. We purchased this property and did a total remodel which included moving rooms, removing some walls, and raising ceilings all while maintaining the footprint on the property turning this into a very enjoyable place to stay. Dine and relax on the over-sized covered deck overlooking the lake. A stairway from the deck provides access to a private beach with 4 kayaks.The spaceIn addition to the many activities available in the Finger Lakes, the region is ideal for cycling and triathlon training. The lake is great for open water swimming. The roads are reasonably quiet with lots of rolling hills. If you have a bike, bring it! Bikes can be kept in the garage. The autumn is a great time to visit. The fall colors are spectacular in this area and the wine season is in full swing. This rental site is a very roomy 5th wheel camper - well stocked, with two queen size beds (one is a sleeper sofa). On-site there 2 (30/50 amp) weekly, long weekend sites that include water, electric and wi-fi for someone bringing in their own camper unit. Large gathering area is available for use with full kitchen, dining and living room. Small playground for the kids and a large community firepit area as well as a picnic table at each site. Huge open level lawn with 90' of lake shore. 2 sun loungers.Provided -Cornhole set , croquet set , paddle boat,4 kayaks , 1 paddleboard. Soft soccer ball, soft football, frisbee, whiffle ball set .(Water shoes recommended for swimming ) 9 Assorted sizes of life jackets provided. The front entry has a nice size covered porch, which wraps around to a huge, covered porch that faces the lake. The other set of stairs leads to the lakefront where you can enjoy the firepit. (Firewood provided) Take in the sunset from the eastern shoreline from either the firepit or giant covered porch. Lots of cooking spices, sugar, flour, olive oil, cooking utensils, pots and pans , food storage containers, Kitchen towels, potholders, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry and dishwasher soap. You will be responsible for purchasing for your party needs as needed. Keurig and drip coffee maker with filters , electric Tea pot and stove tea pot .
