The well water is filtered (also UV Light sanitized) so there are no offensive odors as wells as the kitchen has an reverse osmosis filtration (with UV light sanitizer) at the faucet next to sink faucet and the refrigerator water/ice. The home also has an HVAC mounted Heat recovery ventilator with fresh air intake and Hepa filtration to reduce indoor air pollutants. This will enhance your stay in the cabin.The swimming pool will be open June 1, 2024- Sept 1, 2024 and has a salt chlorinator which is easier on the skin/eyes. It will have a solar pool heater and will keep the water between 70-80 degrees on a sunny day. We own several acres (6.5) that this cabin sets on as well as the tiny home directly behind it with the greenhouse beside it.
