Come and relax at our beautiful condo by the River! The Forgotten Coast has made some of our most precious memories and dreams come true! ,.Carrabelle is just a short drive from Tallahassee offering boating, beaches, exploring nature, shopping, dining and relaxing and more! This slow-paced laid back town does not have the crowds or traffic you will find at other destinations. Take the ferry or your boat to Dog Island if you want to feel like you're on a deserted island in paradise. Carrabelle beach is a 3-5 minute drive if you'd rather stay on land. St. George Island is 23 miles away and has more cute shops and yummy dining. Apalachicola is 23 miles away and has an old south, hip Savannah- like feel with breweries and fine dining. Carrabelle has various boat ramps around town, one being right across from our condo! Enjoy splashing in our pool after a long day out in the sun! We have thoughtfully decorated and provided comfort and cleanliness for your stay. On the first floor you will find 2 bedrooms (one has a queen bed with private porch and the other room has two sets of bunk beds using single mattresses- these are for kids only), 2 full bathrooms (both have tub/shower combo) and a washer and dryer. Upstairs has another bedroom and full bathroom attached along with a well stocked kitchen and comfortable living room with porch. Also provided are 3 TVs (to access your Netflix, Disney, Prime, etc), DVD player, wifi, video game. This condo can sleep up to 8 people (4 adults and 4 children)No Pets allowed. One of the greatest things about boating in the area, is the barrier islands protect you from the waves, no more getting beat up with spray over the bow. Stress free boating we like to call it. 5 mins and you are at a deserted beach of Dog Island with the sand and fish all to yourself. A brand new boat / kayak / Paddleboard rental company just opened up right down the street for very affordable rates. Don't let the 1 bedroom fool you, it will sleep 6 very comfortably, with a queen size bed in the master and two premium sleeper sofas with upgraded memory foam mattresses. Professionally decorated with a fun beach vibe, and luxury furnishings, you will feel pampered the minute you open the door. Sumptuous bedding awaits you after a day of fun in the sun.A wonderful location with the CLOSEST ACCESS point to the inlet of the Carrabelle river, only MINUTES FROM THE GULF. Welcome fisherman and families alike! Located directly on the Carrabelle River you have a fantastic deep pool fishing spot right on the dock, where you can tie up your boat. Dock is equipped with a cleaning station, electricity and water.House is 2BR 2BA 1100 sqft modular home. Master bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite bath/shower combo. Second bedroom has a full-over-full bunk bed. Hallway bathroom has a walk-in shower. Kitchen is fully stocked including drip coffee maker, blender, crock pot, and toaster along with refrigerator with ice/water dispenser, electric stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The open concept dining/living area includes a reclining couch and rocking chair, and dining seating for 4. Overflow seating is on the porch with 4 high-top chairs and table. Large screen smart TV includes Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Peacock along with DVD player and extra HDMI hookup. A selection of movies and books are provided. High-speed wi-fi throughout the house.Under the stilt house is a nice patio area with Weber grill, Blackstone griddle complete with utensils, ice machine, and bait freezer. It's the perfect place to cook your catch and enjoy the spectacular view! Fold up table and chairs provided along with beach chairs and an extra fishing pole. Pedal bikes are also provided. Screened in porch above overlooks the beautiful river where you can relax and enjoy morning coffee/tea and evening drinks!White sand beach is just 2 miles away to the west. If you are bringing a boat there is a free boat launch at the end of Timber Island road that can accommodate any size boat. Boat ride to the mouth of the river from the house is about 15 minutes in no wake zone. Be sure to spend some time at Dog Island which is only accessible by boat. Often times it feels like you have the island to yourself!Plenty of on-site parking under the house or in the driveway, and large/wide driveway to easily maneuver your rig!There is a converted garage King bedroom/1BA apartment next door which is blocked when this property is rented.
