Beautiful rooms. Comfy bed. Coffee in room. Full use of kitchen which is a blessing! Deck chairs are relaxing Our 4th time there!!

My GF and I wanted to spend a little more leisure time around Carrabelle and St George Island and we found the Old Carrabelle Hotel online and decided to give it a shot. What a neat experience!! The hotel immediately takes you back to a time when things were slower. There’s not even a TV but the ambiance was wonderful. It’s about as close as you can get to stepping into a Time Machine. Bring a book or read one of theirs. We will, I am sure, be back. Thank you!!!

Charming find on our way through Carrabelle!

We loved our stay at the Old Carrabelle Hotel. Communicating was clear on how to check in. Our room, the magnolia, was beautiful and comfortable. We had a large private bath that had a wonderful shower head with nice water pressure. The air conditioning was super cold and the entire place was very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It was also very well priced. 10 out of of 10.

Stayed here for a week in the Magnolia room, superb experience. -Rooms are large, squeaky clean, and very comfortable -Prices are spot on for the experience & area -Located is great for walking to local businesses & driving 4 mins to beach -AC is set nice and cool at night -Owners are laid-back and considerate ONE THING TO NOTE: Book through their website, I initially booked through ******* and ******* did not send me the check-in info email.

Enjoyed celebrating my 64th birthday with my wife at the Old Carrabelle Hotel. The turn of century charm has not been lost with the updates. The rooms all were comfortably accessorized with fresh linen and everything anyone would need. There's a wrap-around porch on the second floor which was great for relaxing & meeting other guests. Management was a quick call away if any issues arose. Highly recommend if you are looking for the old charm of Florid which is quickly being lost.

Very inviting place, the flamingo bed was super comfortable. No tvs in the room so it made it possible to relax. It's an old home that has been done up very nicely, a few cosmetic things need to be completed to improve charm. Overall great place to stay.

Charming and clean. The bed was comfortable with awesome linens. The AC was set pretty low for us, but it was out of our control and we had plenty of blankets. We unknowingly stayed in the room that was formerly occupied by the original owner of the house. She woke me up at seven AM, but nothing scary. I’m was told that she is a friendly ghost. The house is old, but everything was kept working. We had the run of the public rooms including the kitchen. Carrabelle is small. The only places open the night we were there were a food truck and the bar.

First time visiting this part of the panhandle. Needed a pet friendly spot & since I love an old Florida vibe, OCH seemed to fit the bill. We stayed in the Captain’s Quarters & found it to be very comfortable & quiet. Nice linens & pillows. Very cozy. Even though the bathroom is across the hall, it still seemed private & was blocked off from the rest of the first floor. I LOVED the large size. Shower was great. High ceilings make it seem even larger. The only issues preventing 5 stars is the super musty smell in the closet & the rugs / carpet could use replacing/cleaning. Otherwise, it was quite charming, good location (short walking distance from town) & friendly, extremely helpful host. Try the nearby SOS Galley food truck & Bow tie bakery. Both 10/10!
