But don't worry you have full ocean views from every room in the house. With 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms it's the perfect couples or family getaway. Close to four seasons La Ribera if you want a few fancy evenings out, but right next door to local eateries with affordable cuisine. Only 30 minutes from Cabo Pulmo a protected area where you can snorkel, scuba and much more. 30 min in the other direction is Los Barriles, a kite surfers paradise with shops and more restaurants. Our little condo is your perfect slice of paradise and we're so happy to share it with you!*Please note that while the town La Ribera is incredibly beautiful and our condo is new and modern there are occasional brief power outages. Casa Las Estrellas is located in the small fishing town of La Ribera on the Eastcape. The development is Playa Colorada, which is considered one of the premier Eastcape housing developments. An easy one hour drive from the San Jose Del Cabo International airport. This beautiful new 3,000 sf home has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and is located right on the sandy dunes of a beautiful white sand beach. This home boasts all the comforts of modern living, including: 10-12 foot ceilings throughout, over 50 feet 8 ft tall glass sliders opening to the pool/beach, and a beautiful kitchen with high end appliances, Vita Mix blender, juicer, Insta-pot, crockpot, air fryer and a nicely stocked pantry with spices, oils, foil, ziplocks etc…Step outside to enjoy the salty breeze, and you are greeted with an infinity edge pool, firepit with built in sofas, built in dining area, stainless steel BBQ kitchen, and fabulous patio furnishings. All bedrooms include down comforters and pillows, smart TV's and mini split A/C. There is no heat in the house, so if you are here in the wintertime, pack accordingly!
