「It was a newly refurbished, lovely hotel, and we were very satisfied with our room and the service. We would love to return, but the duvet cover was torn, the mattress wasn’t very comfortable, and the location was a bit far from the station. Overall, though, it was a good experience.」

「Great find this hotel. Clean, friendly. Brilliant view from the room. They are just missing some kind of food available of an evening, for people who don't want to go out. The shuttle service into town is a brilliant idea. It was a very long drive for us from Wigan, but welll worth it. Can't wait for our next stay...preferably when it's warmer.」

「No lift, so it is tough if your room is not at ground level. And no air-conditioning, it is quite warm in August.」

「Felt super scary at first with the cracking floor, tilted walls, big mirror, and 512 years history, but later the place showed its charm - very lively at night with people chilling at the backyard, nice restaurant on site, being right opposite to the Anne? Gate which leads you to the Salisbury Cathedral. I prob would choose to stay here again next time I visit Salisbury! Btw the staff are warm hearted and helped us deal with our Apple Watch forgot in the room. Much appreciated!」
